COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask: Special.
The Thornbridge Sequoia American Amber Ale has beautiful citrus and pine notes that come from our generous additions of Amarillo, Centennial and Chinook hops. It is smooth and velvety in the mouth with the toasted malts giving it a medium body with hints of roasted hazelnut, toffee and caramel malt flavours. Sequoia, a beautiful beer for all occasions!

Pours clear, dark amber. Fluffy white head. Smell is bit bitter. Taste is bitter, bit aromatic malts. OK carbo, rather thin MF. The taste hides what seems like an oxidized back.

Cask at the Greyfriar in Reading. Grapefruit aroma. Fruity taste with good body and not over-hopped. That said it didn’t leave me with a sense of wonder.
