Fruity aroma. Saison like. The taste is however very thin and watery. Some citrus notes with some bread. But very thin.

500ml bottle at home. Pours clear pale gold, with a fast dissipating head. Aromas of cereal and lemon. More so on the taste, perhaps with a honeyed sweetness. Light lemon bitter. Clean crisp finish. Pretty good.

500 ml bottle into a Guinness pint. ABV 4.8% Pale golden yellow colour on the body, clear, with little activity in it. Big white and soapy head, with average retention, leaving medium lacing around the glass. Aroma of grass, straw, light hops presence. Taste is light sweet and just a tad malty, with grass and clean hay. Light apple-like flavour on the finish. Slighty but very pleasant bitterness on the aftertaste. Medium thin on the body, average carbonation, very dry on the palate. Overall quite good, very drinkable.

Pours a pale straw colour with a frothy white head that rapidly dissipates. Quite crisp and bitter with some apple notes at first before mellowing into a slightly sweet caramel finish. This is pleasant enough, but was a bit subtle/bland for my tastes.

Bottled, 500 ml. Somewhat opal pale yellow colour, broad pored medium sized white head, lively carbonation. Mild lemony nose and aroma underpainted by some bread and notes of honey. Refreshing finish with citrus fruits escorted by grassy hops. A correct Kölsch, which brought what I’ve expected from it.

Pale colour when poured with a big white head, subtle session beer, nothing to write home about

Keg at CASK. Fairly sweet with some bread and yeast, quite high carbonation. Pretty decent.

Bottle poured into pint glass. Light straw colour. Thick white head, rocky. Smells malty, but vague. Taste is balanced and clean. Finish is bittersweet. Carbonation mid-high. Not incredible, but far nicer than most lagers. Interested to see more of the style.
