Bottled, regular;
Tzara is a hybrid beer, fermented like an ale but matured like a lager. A delicate straw coloured, crisp, refreshing beer

(Keg at Hilpeä Hauki, 20140528) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass and sweetness. Palate was light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, fruitiness, grass, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. Mostly like a watery pale lager but the aroma was good.

Very faint aroma, some citrus can be noticed. Golden clear colour. Malty sweet taste, like chewing on malt. The sweetness in nicely balanced by the bitterness but malt i the main player. Finish is bready. Medium body lively carbonation. There could have been more aroma but the taste is really nice. This is a good summer beer. Nice light but still good taste.

pours hazy extra pale yellow with a small and reviving slightly creamy immaculate white head, some lacing. lemony, dusty, crisp pils, wheat - very fresh cereals, grassy fatty nobleness, sulfur touch, almost a white wine character. average to moderate carbonation, light body - smooth, dry and crisp herbal-floral-citrusy finish. dangerously quaffable. for what i know of koelsches, this one rocks!

Pours a clear and pale golden with a small white head that leaves good lacing. Nose is a little fruity, fresh and features that classic pale lager nose but without all the corn. Taste is lightly sweet, feeling like some honeyed cereals. Bitterness is definitely there albeit moderate. Body is light, carbonation just right and mouthfeel almost smooth. I’m no kolsch expert but I feel like this is a really well made one. Nice!

More mellow than a pilsner, with a sweeter taste and hints of fruits and less immediate bitterness. Pours pale yellow from the bottle, not much head and not overly carbonated. Not incredible but nice variation from standard lager technique.
