Bottle. Pours clear golden. Aroma is dusty with some floral notes. Taste is medium bitter and light sweet. Crisp finish, though a bit boring.

LCBF. Clear yellow, big white head. Smells of lager, slightly sour. Taste…….lager. Overall, I would call this a fairly standard lager in all honesty. Can’t differentiate it from most of the commercial stuff. Not the best beer to have as my #700.

Bottle from Mane Liquor. Not much else to say here besides the fact it’s very clean and sessionable. Which is exactly what you want in a Kolsch. Good stuff

Just a standard pale lager. Pretty easy going light biscuit malts. Not my sorta beer but gets the job done for a palate cleanser ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Beese (1802) - Watford, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - AUG 12, 2013
Draft at Euston Tap, London on 17 July 2013. Poured a golden colour with a light haze and a thin white head. Grainy aroma with yeasty and floral hop notes. Grassy bitter flavours with some biscuity sweetness. Fairly watery palate.

Bottle. Golden with a white foam. Aromas are cereal grain with biscuit and lightly nutty lager malts. Lemon with apricot and candy sugar. Yeast with traces of lime. Flavours are clean grain with grassy, citrusy hops. Peanuts with bready toast. Has a decent sparkle. Pretty good.

500ml bottle. Pale gold with a white head. Aroma is muted lagery grain and slight lacto presence. Tastes of honey and green apple with hops coming through on the mid-palate. Nice and refreshing attempt at this style, although not hugely distinguished.

Keg at CBC Brixton. Straw colour, big bubbly carbonation. Aroma is ok - smells like popcorn. Nothing fancy. It's crisp, fresh, a touch fizzy, a little citrusy. A perfectly refreshing drop for a summers day. Nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Surprised this was a kolsch. Pale in appearance, but a nice amount of flavour and aroma. Well done.
