500 ml bottle.
Pours a clear light golden colour with a small white head. Aroma of grainy malts, sweet caramel and English toffee. Flavour of sweet grainy malts, nettles, tart citrus, dough-like yeastiness, English toffee and subtle grassy hops. Light bodied, surprisingly thin mouthfeel and low carbonation. A bit dry and yeasty and not as refreshing as it should be.

I spend about 30 minutes a day making faces at myself in the mirror.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours clear pale golden in color with a foamy whitish head. Fruity citrus, a bit of pear and lavender notes in aroma. Fruity notes in taste, a bit of mild soap and hints of bitterness in flavor. Refreshing, fruity and crisp Kölsch, even if it feels a bit too light in the end.

Jur (243) - NETHERLANDS - MAY 27, 2013
Draught @ BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Pours very clear, pale yellow, with quickly fading white head. Fresh nose, like a good pilsner. Taste is rounded, floral, slightly herby. Very sessionable.

PotjeBier (1582) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - MAY 22, 2013
On tap (keg) @ Beer Temple. Pale blonde color, clear. Dense white head, good lacing. Aroma’s: fruit, grassy, grain, with some malty sweetness added retronasal. Flavor is lightly maltsweet with hints of fruit. Light bodied. Flavor has retention, but no new flavor. Not bad for a Kölsch.

ElDesmadre (1473) - Mikołów, POLAND - MAY 14, 2013
Bottle. Very floral, slightly citrusy aroma and flavour. Light body, hoppy taste, some bready notes in the bone-dry, light bitter finish. Good beer but not on the same level as the best German kolsch beers.
