3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at Crowbar, Oslo. Has a slightly hazy light straw-colour with a white head. Fruity aroma with sweet corn, hay and citrus. Sweet corn also in the flavour along with hay and some mature gooseberries. Feels dry in the end but also fresh. The mouth feel is light and slick, and has a light bitterness. A fresh and good kölsch.

4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
500ml Bottle. This beer pours a mediumly tight head over a light gold body. The carbonation is light enough not to be gas inducing but the head lasts well. Aroma is superb. Wheat, with a slight hint of malt give way to citrus lemon. The taste is spicey hops and malt, after which the citrus from the smell brings in Lemon and theres the slightest hint of bananas too as the beer leaves the palate it leaves a slightly dry finish. A bloody lovely beer this. If I see it I will be buying it again.

Deliciously crisp and refreshing. Why would you give a German style beer a Russian sounding name? It would’ve been better to call it Helga. Or summit

3.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle, Rehills Ncl. Pours a beautifully sparkling pale gold. Bready notes in the aroma, sweet and faintly sugary/yeasty palate with some lovely late hop flavours, which are subtle. Great UK version of a fine German style and way too esy to consume. Very late warmth and effervesence too
