A golden, clear beer. It’s quite crisp and refreshing with a slight citrus/sweet edge but there’s just not a great deal to it. If it was the best on offer somewhere I could happily drink a few but I wouldn’t rush back to it.

Look: clear straw yellow, no head. Aroma: pale malt, low to none fruitness. Taste: dry with some acidity. Flavour: malt, white bread, very light spicy notes. Plain and clean lager.

Pours almost clear light yellow color, topped with a medium sized white head, fadding away fairly quickly. Grassy nose with more fruity sweetness coming upfront, some maltiness. Moderately bitter, light body and fresh feeling. Some sweetness following with a bit cellar-like feel.

Appearance- light clear gold with quickly dissipating white foam Aromas- hops, grapefruit, lemon grass, lime and honey Palate- light bodied, thin and watery, carbonated. Taste- watery carbonation, light hops. Overall- great potential in aromas, but let down by the taste. Reminds me of the disappointment of a fruit tea.

Very light clear color with quickly disapearing foam. Aromas are tart of lemon, light malt and lime juice very strange? Palate, light body with thinish texture leaving ugly bitter finish. Taste bitterly tart? of sweetcorn and green peas, light hops and water? Overall, interesting and strange though very little taste in it, all flavours disapear imideatly and well strange but maybe not in a good way.

Bottle 0,50L. Courtesy of Grergor. Pale straw color with almost no head and no visible carbonation. Bread aroma dominates, also some grain, straw, some grassy hops. Light sweet to light bitter taste, light body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Drinkable lager, but nothing special here.

Had it from the keg at Craft N1, London. Very pale. Looks like a lager. The sweetness really surprised me. The sweet flavour dominated over any hoppy flavour it should have. Didn’t taste like any Kolsch I’ve ever had.

500ml bottle. Clear pale straw colour, minimal rapidly dissipating head. Aroma: bready malts, floral grassy hops. Taste: slightly sweet bready malt, caramel, grassy hops, slight fruitiness. Lively carbonation, light body, easily drinkable, but nothing particularly special.

Pours golden, not hazy, minimum head, white. Aroma is slight, plain hops and lager like. Nothing special there. Beer is very drinkable, has a slight sweet feeling and a light dry finish, very light, no body almost. Refreshing!
