On tap at the Rake. Not much info on this beer other than a few tweets mentioning it’s hybrid! Clear very pale gold beer with a residual white head. Light and soft palate with a crispy trailing edge. Super light pale malt, vaguely lagerish. Nice light hops give balance. Mild sweet tangerine that turns a little more citrus sharp. Mild floral notes. Semi dry finish with mild carbonation. An intriguing and very light beer - very tasty and super drinkable. Very nice indeed!

UPDATED: DEC 12, 2012 500ml bottle from The Bottle Shop Canyerbury. Very pale gold thick white head. Light hoppy aroma. Wood shavings on aroma. Now I like Kolsch. This lacks a touch of the fresh yeasty character of the original Koln beers. Aroma is rather lovely though. Light in the mouth but still enough pale malt to give some body. I guess even a touch of wheat. Would help with the head retention evident too. Some hop on the finish. I mean it is hugely drinkable. Drop it down to 4% abv and this would be an all day quaffer. Slight spice to the hops. It is a lovely beer. I mean really lovely. Proper put a smile on my face beer. Never drops a beat perfect throughout. A slightly woody lemon is my overall flavour. Excellent. Re rate draught Craft. Bit sharp lemony but still dtinkable
