3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
Aroma: gentle floral, sulfury, gentle diacetyl, gentle breadiness. Everything is quite gentle but well balanced.
Apperance: pale, clear, white head, good retention.
Taste: bready, gentle floral&fruity, medium bitterness, lightly dry.
Mouthfeel: light body, ok carbonation, slick feel, slightly dry finish.
Overall: Interesting beer, well balanced with some faults that are not that important to the overall perception of the beer- but for the super high price range of thornbridge there are cheaper and better alternatives.

Keg at Spit/Fire. Pours clear straw-gold. Aromas of lemon, hay, grassy, loads of flowers, daffodils. Creamy texture, still very floral on the palate.

500ml bottle. Very clear, clean crisp smooth taste. Not my favourite style of beer, but one of the better examples of this style.

2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
First kolsh for me like a lager crossed with hefeweizen, crisp looking with small white head taste hints of yeasty esters and banana bread intetesting but bland an oxymoron I know
