Bottled, regular;
Tzara is a hybrid beer, fermented like an ale but matured like a lager. A delicate straw coloured, crisp, refreshing beer

Half, from keg at Craft Beer Co, Islington. Fading white head over a clear golden body. Pale malty aroma with grass. Dusty hops and pale malts in flavour. Smooth ending. Lightly oily palate. Clean and soft in the mouth. Easy going (London, 26.11.2012).

Keg @ Hop, Leeds. Light gold with a carbonation and not much head. Has a lager style aroma and taste and fizzes in the palate.

Clean, crisp flavour expected - clean, crisp flavour delivered. Deliciously refreshing without being dangerously strong. Lust what one would want of a summer ale.

Keg at CBC, Brixton. Mid-yellow. Big white head. Spur yeasty aroma, almost like a mediocre pilsner. It’s the taste that makes the difference: sour-sweet, crisp and refreshing. Short palette. The carbonation is welcome on the lips. I haven’t had a Kölsch in about 18 months, a nice reacquaintance.

Fruity aroma. Saison like. The taste is however very thin and watery. Some citrus notes with some bread. But very thin.

500ml bottle at home. Pours clear pale gold, with a fast dissipating head. Aromas of cereal and lemon. More so on the taste, perhaps with a honeyed sweetness. Light lemon bitter. Clean crisp finish. Pretty good.

500 ml bottle into a Guinness pint. ABV 4.8% Pale golden yellow colour on the body, clear, with little activity in it. Big white and soapy head, with average retention, leaving medium lacing around the glass. Aroma of grass, straw, light hops presence. Taste is light sweet and just a tad malty, with grass and clean hay. Light apple-like flavour on the finish. Slighty but very pleasant bitterness on the aftertaste. Medium thin on the body, average carbonation, very dry on the palate. Overall quite good, very drinkable.

Pours a pale straw colour with a frothy white head that rapidly dissipates. Quite crisp and bitter with some apple notes at first before mellowing into a slightly sweet caramel finish. This is pleasant enough, but was a bit subtle/bland for my tastes.
