Bottle: Special - 2007.
Soft, even smooth, at first. But UTI Pale Ale soon builds to a hoppy, honeyish crescendo, giving way to a lasting, bitter yet undeniably pleasant influence.

Bottle found at Utobeer, Borough Market, London. Seemingly a special brewed for a one off forum event for creative agency Iris back in April 2007. Not too far removed from Jaipur - a pale, straw coloured IPA with a heavy citrus hoppy nose and intense citrus (grapefruit) and floral bite with a long bitter dry finish - superb! Grab it while stocks last!
