On keg at The Cask Pub and Kitchen. Pours a dark golden colour with a fair white head. Aroma of pineapple, passion fruit, grapefruit and caramel. Similar flavours with moderate carbonation and a foamy mouth-feel. Lingering pineapple and passion fruit again. Very nice.

On tap at CPK. Pours a clear golden colour with a big white head. Long lasting foam and lot of carbonation streming off the bottom of the glass. Aroma is hop forward on the fruity side, with pineapple and citrus. Taste is similarly fruity but not overly bitter. Grapefruit and peaches with a touch of acidic note in the finish. 3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On Keg in Cask P&K. Pours russet orange, crystal clear, medium white cream head with thick white lacing on glass. Nose is tropical fruit, mango, papaya, touch of passion fruit and pineapple, then it’s prickly hop, nettle, and caramel malt. Taste is prickly bitter green hop, and ctirous bitter fruit. Not so much soft fruit in this and the finish is a prickly green hop, pine and spice on the tongue.

Keg London, poured in a tulip and enjoyed outside in the sun. Yellow very little head. Low carbonation, mid body, oily texture. Malty sweetness to start very piney from the hops, dry bitter finish with some astringency. Authentic copy of a West Coast IPA. Nice.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
(tap - keg) Amber coloured, hazy, with an average fizzy white head and good lacing. Intense citrus aroma, mainly lemon and lime, but grapefruit as well. Even some passion fruit/tropical fruit and freshly-mown grass. But the lemon peel is quite dominant. Moderate bitterness, light acidic flavour, long finish with loads of hops remaining on the palate. Light to medium body, dry texture, slightly sticky, lively carbonation. Delicious. I can’t believe how lemony this is!
