Wild Swan is white gold in colour with aromas of light bitter lemon, a hint of herbs and a subtle spiciness. A great refreshing beer.

Pleasant, dry nose with a hint of spice and some fresh grapefruit and citrus. Pours a pale straw gold with a fluffy head. Flavour is excellent for a session beer - a touch of pepper, some candy and lychee, and a fresh zingy finish. Very nice.

500ml Bottle from Waitrose:
Very hoppy smelling and with a lot of pine coming through alongside some nice topical fruits notes and a helping of bitterness, probably from the pine hops. There is also some lemony citrus notes and a tiny amount of grapefruit in the mix too.
Very light, pale golden colour with an appearance that borders on straw coloured. It is topped with bubbly and patchy looking lacing on top.
Fruity and citrus infused taste with some spice and a little bit of grapefruit. I could also detect some bitterness and a few fresh malts as well.
Light with pretty strong carbonation that makes it seems a little gassy. The beer was pretty smooth and tangy with some spice and a dry, fruity finish.

A nice, light and refreshing offering that turned out to be a pretty nice tasting beer. Quite a hoppy beer with plenty more smell and taste than the alcohol content would suggest although it did seem slightly over carbonated.

Dec 2012 - draught - really really mild, lemon was the only flavour I could pick out. Ridiculously easy drinking.

This well hopped pale ale, from Thornbridge Brewery is a great blonde to golden beer with a crisp bitter lemon flavour which is carried through into the aroma. This beer pours with a pure white head and plenty of life in the beer itself. Every mouthful cleanses the mouth and packs a spiced zing to the taste buds followed by a minor bitterness. Overall this beer is a must try for pale ale and it’s numerous awards represent how good this beer is.

Bottle sample at a tasting at the new Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks troubles. Clear pale golden with a white head. Hoppy aroma of flowers, tropical fruits, weed and a bit of malt. Dry, bitter and hoppy flavor with light graininess, tropical fruits, grass and a bitter finish. Rather light-bodied. Pleasant and extremely quaffable.
