White Gold Pale Ale
Wild Swan is white gold in colour with aromas of light bitter lemon, a hint of herbs and a subtle spiciness. A great refreshing beer.

A beautiful rich and smooth golden ale with lots of hops to flavour but clearly retaining its golden fruity centre

Bottle: Pale golden, lively carbonation, big and stable rocky hite head; mild but distinctive citrussy and slightly piney nose; light bodied and Slim, but not thin, moderate dryish bitter-sweet flavour; mild to moderate fresh and lingering citrussy-hoppy finish. Almost the perfect Sommer-Bier...

Cask at Craft Beer Co. Clerkenwell. Clear very pale gold with a mild grassy green herbal hop nose. Smooth light body, the taste is grassy, earthy, hay and green hop bitterness. Refreshing but sort of dull.

500ml bottle bb05/2016 hauled from Sheffield by D&M up to the P-Worm, ta! - Gently seductive lemon balm, grapefruit infusion, Lady Grey tea nose. Delicate, thin, ultra-sessionable in mouthfeel, transporting an ice tea mix of bitter lemon, blossom in taste with a late herbal hop finish. - goes down clean and easy in a few gulps with a well-dosed citrus zing. The essence of an unusually hot Northern summer in a glass indeed!

Cask at The Craft Beer Co. Low fluffy white lasting head. Clear thin looking yellow body. Aroma, well actually I couldn’t smell anything. Mild fruity straw flavor with little hops bitterness and a short finish. Rather boring.

At Craft Clerkenwell, London. Clear pale yellow beer with almost no head. Fruity hoppy spicy aroma, grapes, breads, some biscuits. Fruity spicy hop flavor, grassy, herbal, some floral notes. Kinda laid back but also kinda pleasant.

500ml bottle purchased from Waitrose, drunk at home. Pale yellow, no noticeable head but heavily carbonated. Lemonade aroma, with a suggestion of something more complex such as tropical fruit. Nicely balanced taste, quite sweet with zingy hoppy bitterness. The heavy carbonation pays off in the mouthfeel. Not the greatest of Thornbridge beers but enjoyable enough for sure.
