White Gold Pale Ale
Wild Swan is white gold in colour with aromas of light bitter lemon, a hint of herbs and a subtle spiciness. A great refreshing beer.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Fresh and fruity, slightly zesty hoppy aroma with notes of citrus, grapefruit and a tinge of pineapple. Mildly bitter flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly doughy pale malt character with notes of citric and slightly herbal hops; dry and mildly bitter finish with fruity and delicately herbal hops. Refreshing Ale. 11.VIII.14

Bottle from Waitrose in East Cowes shared with McTapps. Nice starting of with hops, lots of grass and some hay. Crispy taste with fine carbo. Watery and thin with some hops and lemons at the end. Thin beer with a bit of bread in the aftetaste which I do not appreciate.

Bottle from Waitrose in East Cowes. Pours out in a clear light golden colour with low head and medium body. Aroma of mild hopos and flowers. Taste of mild hops, spruce, mild herbs, mild citrus fruits and unpleasant acid. Thin and watery finish with no real taste. Expected more.

Blafa tribute. Bottle. Clear pale yellow with a medium sized frothy white head. Sulphur, grain, light herbal, dry flowers, grass, forest, crackers. Light body, watery texture, medium carbonation, light sweet and bitter. Would like to try it on cask, this bottle doesn’t really stand out.

Bottle from Rehills Newcastle. Pours very light golden colour. Thin white head. Flavours very subtle - fruits. Very summery and enjoyable. Leaves you pining for Thornbridge's bolder, hoppier beers though.

Pint at Kirkstall Bridge, Pours a lemony hazy golden brown, with a foamy white head. Aroma is subtle with grainy malt and hints of lemon citrus, easy to drink, unspectacular, hoped for more flavour.
