White Gold Pale Ale
Wild Swan is white gold in colour with aromas of light bitter lemon, a hint of herbs and a subtle spiciness. A great refreshing beer.

Bottle 50 cl. Slightly hazy pale golden color, thin bubbly white head. Light hoppy and fruity in aroma. Fruity, wild berries and light grassy bitterness in taste. Quite pleasant mildness and berries in aftertaste.

Bottle @ molen tasting. Very pale, clear golden beer with a small amount of white head. Aroma is of toilet refresher with a quite flowery, medium sweet flavor. Decent brew, burning special, decent starter.

Bottle @ De Molen. Super light color, almost white wine-like. Head disappears quickly, tastes more alcoholic than it actually is. Slightly bitter aftertaste.

Bottle at the May De Molen monthly tasting. Poured a clear light straw colour with a broken white head. The aroma is weak malty, leading to a medium bitter, dry flavour with some dry spicy pepperness on the palate. A refreshing beer, but not my style.

Cask @ The Crown & Shuttle 2013/4/23 - A very nice Cask Pale Ale. Good consistency over a year or two. Very refreshing. Nice ABV. One of this brewery’s better ones.
