White Gold Pale Ale
Wild Swan is white gold in colour with aromas of light bitter lemon, a hint of herbs and a subtle spiciness. A great refreshing beer.

Clear golden color with a white head. The nose is of citrus, yeast and some malt sweetness. The flavors is of grass and malt. Very light bodied beer. Great for a low alc beer, but not good enough for a Thornbridge..

Clear golden yellow with short lived white head. Citrus aromas and taste, crisp, refreshing... nice amount of bitterness. Bit watery, but to be expected with a 3.5% beer. Very good for what it is though. Perfect after my hot day working in the garden!

Pours quite clear very pale gold with nice white head. Short head retention, poor lacing. Citrusy, malty, herbal nose. Light body, soft carbonation, oily texture. Taste is mild bitter, some zesty and citrusy. Refreshing and enjoyable.

Enticing citrus aroma in a light straw pour. Surprisingly full bodied for the strength with a nicely balanced flavour and clean but restrained finish.

From tap. It pours slightly hazy yellow with a creamy white head. The aroma is flowery hoppy with pale malty notes. Refreshing grassy and flowery flavor. Light peach and slightly herbal. Citrus in the finish. Tickling palate.

Tap takeover at Christian Firtal. Yellow with a small white head. Fruity hop aroma with gooseberry and kiwi. Sweet and slightly thin fruity flavour with lovely fruity character. Served on keg, could easily be better on cask...

Fat på Bishop Gustav Malmö. Smak och doft av humle, gräs, citrus, lime och örter. Lätt kropp och sötma, frisk, beska med smak av citrus. Helt okej när man tänker på den låga alkoholhalten.

Bottled. A very pale, clear gold, with a very small white head. Subtle lemon and pepper nose. Very dry flavour. Nothing in particular stands out in the mouth, but it’s clean and refreshing.

50cl bottle, purchased at Waitrose in Westfields, Shepherds Bush. Very pale clear colour with a small white head. Fruity citrus aroma. Medium carbonation. Lightly hopped. Flavours of floral, citrus lemon and light grapefruit. Bitterness, but not as much as the Jaipur. Needed a little more bite, but nonetheless an excellent taste and flavour for such a low ABV beer.
