Nose has sweetish apple. Taste is of fruity apple, sweetish start, middle has faint and fleeting tartness, apple skins. Dry finish. Light in body and carbonation. More appealing than Grower’s or Okanagan ciders, has more of a natural taste.
2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20 OntBeerDrinker (303) - Ontario, CANADA - FEB 26, 2013
From bottle it smell’s of hot sauce spice and funk. Not a lot of apple smell but from the glass I smell lots of apple, still some hot sauce spice and funk. Taste is crisp, smooth, granny smith apple taste. There is champagine yeast in this and that is probably why it taste a bit like white wine with the cider taste. Carbinaded and looks kinda like white wine. Cheer’s!

2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20 pushkinwow (1338) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 27, 2012
341ml bottle. Pale yellow almost no head to speak of. Semi tart apple with a hint of alcohol, some green apple skins but a bit of an artificial flavour. Tart, somewhat mild with moderate carbonation, becomes a bit dry and fades quickly from the palate. Inoffensive and probably an easy way to get drunk.

On tap at Wvrst. Pours a clear light yellow with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of tart apple. Flavor is sweet, crisp apple. This cider is more sweet than dry and equally sweet/tart. Tasty, drinkable (luckily it was not too tart!).

On tap. Extremely clear pale yellow. Very high carbonation. Quick white head. Aroma is green apple, a little bit grassy and leafy. Very light mouthfeel. Puckering sourness throughout, but generally from a natural apple tartness. Sour finish is fairly clean. Refreshing. Cider isn’t really my thing. I have to imagine there is both better and worse, but I could see myself ordering another one of these some hot day.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Lubiere (8243) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 26, 2012
A pale yellow cider with a thin white head. In aroma, tart and sweet apple juice, smooth and fruity. In mouth, a dry and tart cider, dry and puckering. Bottle at National Capital Craft Beer Festival, August 17, 2012.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Nuffield (3348) - Roseville, Minnesota, USA - JUL 27, 2012
This isn’t great cider but I would say that it is vastly under-rated if less than 2.8. As typical of North American ciders, it puts the premium (no pun intended) on carbonation and a broad sweetness rather than sourness, acidity, and complexity of flavor. But accepting that, this isn’t bad--it has nothing off-putting, such as a fake apple or a lingering sickly sweet note. Just a pleasant, easy drinking cider of this ilk. Rather light in color. (on tap at Vurst, Toronto)
2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 solidfunk (1790) - Ontario, CANADA - NOV 12, 2011
I didn’t find this as bad as teh rest are rating it, but then again I’m not a huge cider connoisseur. The apple taste at least seems fairly genuine.
1.6 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 Spab (1645) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 9, 2011
341 ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a clear ultra pale green/yellow with small white cap. Aroma is obviously appley but has a rather unpleasant edge to it that others have described as sulphites and gives a bit of an impression of rotting garbage to me. Taste isn’t quite as nasty but still not a winner. Disappointing.
