3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
355ml clear bottle. Very pale yellow pour, clear, no head. Nose has sweetish apple. Taste is of fruity apple, sweetish start, middle has faint and fleeting tartness, apple skins. Dry finish. Light in body and carbonation. More appealing than Grower’s or Okanagan ciders, has more of a natural taste.

1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 7/20
Can: Poured a super yellow color cider with low carbonation. Taste of apple juice is not really interesting with weird chemical like ester. Taste is also dominated by boring apple juice notes with what taste like apple syrup. Low carbonation. How hard is it make cider form regular apple instead of this industrial tasting crap.

473 ml can. Clear watery piss colour. Apple aroma but there is tons of carbonation that it burns my nose a bit. Made in a dry style, has good tartness and decent length. Okay but never is this stuff my style.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours ginger-ale yellow into measuring cup. Measuring cup? That’s right: this can is for my steamed mussels recipe (alternative to white wine). Will be tasty with smoked bacon. As a drink its alright. A dry soda pop for adults. The apples don’t pop but on the plus side it doesn’t have that artificial flavour so many ciders have.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Light aroma with notes of apples, and grapes. Tasting notes are dominated by a huge champagne sweet mouth feel, slightly sour, with a tart finish. Relatively simple, however I prefer a less sweet cider.

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
473 mL can from the LCBO. Nothing exceptional here. Perhaps I haven't had enough cider to distinguish amazing from simply adequate. This was the latter.
