Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular.
A range of different malts dominate the taste with caramel, chocolate and fruitcake flavours. The hops compliment this with a full bodied bitterness and notes of orange peel, pepper and herbal aromas.

Cask Handpump at the Smithfield Hotel, Manchester 20/07/2009 Fruity and slightly pale aroma. White head. Bronze coloured and fruity with a little roast malt in a crisp bitter and nutty finish.

A Mes rate. Cask at the Market Porter.
Clean copper with a thin off white head. Caramel and toffee apple dominated. Faint grassy hops give it reasonable balance. A really standard bitter with a slight earthy note in the finish. Dull but inoffensive.
