Not the best, best bitter iv had quite disapointing slight sulpher smell not waht i wanted not the best in the area should have made darlys gost there best

Cask, at The Hop Pole, Aylesbury, Bucks, 07-07-10 On this occasion this beer was called Thorne England Pride, though it did say it was Best Bitter underneath. Pours amber with a white head, this is tangy & fruity & medium bitterness, my first from this brewery tasty stuff A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3

Cask Handpump at the Smithfield Hotel, Manchester 20/07/2009 Fruity and slightly pale aroma. White head. Bronze coloured and fruity with a little roast malt in a crisp bitter and nutty finish.

A Mes rate. Cask at the Market Porter.
Clean copper with a thin off white head. Caramel and toffee apple dominated. Faint grassy hops give it reasonable balance. A really standard bitter with a slight earthy note in the finish. Dull but inoffensive.
