A smooth, malty stout with strong chocolate and rich caramel flavours. Roasted barley gives an underlying bitterness along with a crisp hop finish

Gravity, The White Swan, Stoke Golding. Dug earth and gritty cocoa aroma. Vegetal and flecked with carbon; roasted red peppers dusted with cocoa, rub of soap. Mahogany with ruby edges. Some sneaking orange and cranberry in there; black choc with chilli fruitiness, but not spice. Like this.
