Three Barrel Hop Trash IPA

Mongo, magnificant, huge lovely nose. Lots of pine, with some floral. Not particularly bitter on the finish. Good beer.

Draught. Pours hazy amber with a large, creamy, off-white head, lasting with excellent lacing; very thick. Aroma is average malt (cereal, lightly toasted grain), average hops (perfume, pine, spruce, orange), average yeast (sweat, dough, cheese) with notes of pears. Full bodied, creamy texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness and acidity, moderate bitterness.
