Serving: Draft at MacDowell Brew Kitchen. It pours a light brown with a thin tan head. The nose has light coffee and roasted nut notes. The flavor follows suit with just enough coffee to pair with a light, nutty brown ale. English in nature with a twist. Very drinkable and at a low abv, a great session brew for malt fans.

This could be a coffee lovers beer or a beer lovers coffee. It is exactally what it is called, "coffee breath" It has a dark, almost black, color with an extreme roasted coffee flavor.

Coffee aroma, sweet start, strong slightly bitter finish. Distinct thin/light mouthfeel is a contrast to the bold flavor. Moderate carbonation blends with bite that finishes surprisingly smooth for such a robust brew. Coffee lovers must try. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Served on draft at Beer Run. Pours a dark brown color with a thin tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of chocolate malts and coffee. Fairly sweet. The taste is bitter coffee, chocolate, roasted nuts and a faint hop note. Thin bodied and slightly disjointed, but a decent beer that could be excellent with a little refinement.
