3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Cask conditioned at a Wetherspoons. Amber with white head. Quite a dry maltiness, fairly crisp with a pleasant baked bread note, this carries a pleasant flowery hop flavour with an earthy hint, quite British in character. Another improved Three Castles offering, good to see.

Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. Amber with a thin white head; aroma of English hops; full of fresh, green hop flavour with a syrupy body and some fruit; the finish is creamy and biscuity with a sustained bitterness. Very good.
