Light unclear light yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate apple, tart apple. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart andsweet apples, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20100804]

Fruity aroma. Golden coloured hazy in appearance and fruity with a slightly sweet lasting finish.

Cask@GBBF2010. Hazy yellow colour, no head. Aroma is dry and sweet apples with some mild spices. Flavour is being quite similar. A bit mouthdrying.

A Sim rate (barrel at Nottingham BF): Sweet and sour aroma that’s nicely tart. Cloudy yellow appearance. Flavour is sweet but tart but very nice.
