UPDATED: JUL 25, 2007 Polypin at Merton Summer Beer Festival 05-07-07 Tried this before the beer festival started. Poured a warm golden colour and was very interesting to contrast the appearance of this single varietal cider with the Olivers version of the Yarlington Mill the latter was much lighter. Plenty of nice scrumptious apples in the nose taste was crisp and dryish but nice apple flavours swishing around, this was very good from the East Midlands only cider producer (so I’m told)

From the barrel - Peterborough BF. A bright orange coloured cider. The aroma is apply with good alcohol notes. The taste is on the dry side with some tannin notes. A good effort from the tiniest of producers of which little is known!!
