Bottle:   Straw colored, slight haze, moderate white sudsy head, spotty lacing.   Grassy nose, some straw/hay.   Semi-sweet grassy start, a little mealy, even a touch wheaty.   Pretty ho-hum.   Clean finish, grassiness lingers.   I guess for a Blonde its pretty stand-upish.   Decent malt base, nice amount of sweetness.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Very respectable example.

Clear pale honey yellow, small white head. Grassy, corny cirtus nose and taste, mild malts and lightly hopped. Light bitter, crisp finish. Forgettable. LF (Lagerboy Friendly)

22 oz from Roths Sunnyside market in deepest S.Salem. $3.99 Nice sunshine yellow beer with a good sized frothy, thick white head. Surprisingly hoppy aroma..lager/pils hop style, then some hay and fruit. Light airy, fruity taste..some hops underneath. Slightly wheaty. actually nice. Pretty nice on the tongue..goes down smooth. Overall nice low alcohol, session brew.

On tap @ Davis St Tavern, Portland. Clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma of cracker malt, straw and light citrus. Flavor is mildly malty with the faintest hop bitterness for balance. Light body with high carbonation and a clean finish. Not a bad Blonde, clean and refreshing.

Some sweetness, mostly straw and hay, with crisp finish. Better than supermarket pilsner but not by very much. A step above macro swill.

Thanks to Flem for this sampler--Poured a light straw golden body with a minuscule wispy white head. Gritty light grains and a mild piquancy from the hops. Had a little zing from the hops, but mostly a crossover beer for Bud and Coors drinkers.
