UPDATED: APR 15, 2005 Huge hop presence in the nose, with much to offer in the malt department. Taste is quite sweet with huge hops to make it nice and bitter. I actually prefer this from the bottle slightly more, as it is less sweet. At any rate, an amazing session ale.

UPDATED: JUN 25, 2004 Pours the color of a blood orange with a pale thin head. Wonderful aroma of citrus and hops not overpowering, but nice and strong. Decent mouthfeel but a little dry, very bitter hops taste, quite nice actually, I think one of the better pale ales I have had! Very good!!

Excellent pale ale. The hops is very apparent in the aroma, and follows the flavor through till the end, yet does not leave an aching aftertaste in the mouth. Very refreshing.

UPDATED: JUL 14, 2004 Pours a deep reddish-brown with an exquisite, citrusy hop aroma. Full-bodied and flavorful, this heavily hopped brew finshes with a nice bitter finish. A terrific beer!

Poured from the 12oz bottle with psychadelic green and pink cap which indicates it was brewed and bottled at the actual Three Floyd's Brewery in Munster, IN. Smells beautiful of hop fruity juiciness. Big hops up front with citrus flavors, very floral, and is also backed up with some nice balancing malt. Very sweet, fruity, but the finish is dry and bitter and clean. One awesome American Pale Ale, the flavors are great the smell is intoxicating on its own, and the body is full and heavy enough without being too heavy. I highly recommend this one, I've had it bottled as well as on tap. If you're ever out one night and see this on tap, yeah, order it up

Pours a hazy orange with a big, long-lasting head. Aroma a combination of fresh smelling domestic hops and sweet malt. Flavor is initially sweet, followed by an almost soapy burst of hops, which linger. Kinda rough, actually. Overall, a bold beer, but either somewhat over-rated, or I have a tired bottle. No way this is a better APA than Red Seal.

Attractive hazy copper coloring. Wonderful malt start with a solid hops kick to follow. Finishes dry but not overly bitter. As good an APA as I've had.
