4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
UPDATED: OCT 31, 2005 Great brew! Pours a beautiful clear dark amber with an off-white head. Has a vibrant, fresh, floral piney Pacific NW hop aroma. Taste is sweet with notes of caramel, toasted malt, hops, grapefruit, citrus and pine. This is like mainlining Centennial hops; and that’s not a problem with me. Plesantly sweet, plenty hoppy but non-harsh bitterness. Leaves a nice dry, bitter aftertaste. Medium body, smooth texture and subtle carbonation. Great lacing and head retention. Highly recommended!

Very nice aroma. Sweet and like honeydew melon almost. Green and fresh. Mild sweetness with very dry finish. Powdery. Nice! Thanks matta for sharing!

4.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
UPDATED: APR 15, 2005 Huge hop presence in the nose, with much to offer in the malt department. Taste is quite sweet with huge hops to make it nice and bitter. I actually prefer this from the bottle slightly more, as it is less sweet. At any rate, an amazing session ale.

UPDATED: JUN 25, 2004 Pours the color of a blood orange with a pale thin head. Wonderful aroma of citrus and hops not overpowering, but nice and strong. Decent mouthfeel but a little dry, very bitter hops taste, quite nice actually, I think one of the better pale ales I have had! Very good!!

Excellent pale ale. The hops is very apparent in the aroma, and follows the flavor through till the end, yet does not leave an aching aftertaste in the mouth. Very refreshing.

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
Poured from the 12oz bottle with psychadelic green and pink cap which indicates it was brewed and bottled at the actual Three Floyd's Brewery in Munster, IN.
Smells beautiful of hop fruity juiciness.
Big hops up front with citrus flavors, very floral, and is also backed up with some nice balancing malt. Very sweet, fruity, but the finish is dry and bitter and clean.
One awesome American Pale Ale, the flavors are great the smell is intoxicating on its own, and the body is full and heavy enough without being too heavy.
I highly recommend this one, I've had it bottled as well as on tap. If you're ever out one night and see this on tap, yeah, order it up
