Pours a dark brown to black color with a thin tan head. Aroma is sweet and malty with notes of floral hops, nuts, dark chocolate, pine and coffee. Flavor is much of the same with a floral hop presence along with stronger caramel and toffee notes. Some dark ripe fruit and citrus as well. Generally medium to full-bodied with a pleasing coffee-chocolate finish. markwise (1175), 15 Minutes from Kuhnhenn in, Florida, USA

Pours a cola brown with a nose of malt, smoke, choc, cinnamon, coffee, licorice, and a hop wallop. Taste is similar with lingering chocolate and hops. Interesting blend of bitters: chocolate and coffee with hops. A very hoppy porter, but good. fishingnet (1045), Brandon, Florida, USA

Pour was jet black and had medium carbonation. Aroma was interesting for a porter, initial stong hop aroma with a little bit of malt. Flavor was very good, crisp toasty malts, hops, molasses, maple and a rich and smoky finish. Overall a very good FFF offering that is likely be enjoyed by most. Naka (525), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA

A small fizzy dark tan head. Aroma is burnt sort of carbonic coffee and chocolate. A lot of bitterness and a touch of alcohol. Flavor is heavily roasted coffee beans. A nice bitterness to it. Good thick body. Another solid offering from Three Floyds. CaryTheDude (1113), Longmont, Colorado, USA
