This complex double India pale ale has an intense citrus and floral hop aroma balanced by a velvety malt body which has been augmented with lactose milk sugar. With this different take on an IPA we have brewed an ale that is both pleasing to drink and, once again, “not normal.” Cheers! 100 IBU 11.0%ABV (used to be 9.5%)

Poured from a bomber into a tulip. Nearly opaque hazy yellow-orange with tall off-white head that settles to one finger of foam. Bubbles rise throughout the drink. Aromas of pineapple, citrus rind, floral hops, and cotton candy. Flavors follow with orange and sugar forward then finishing with a dry, full-bodied, boozy, hop bitterness.

2013 bomber bought at the brewery. Smooth creamy white head floral aroma has a good mouth feel bitterness balanced by malty backbone.

Bomber fresh from brew pub. Has a sweet sugary smell along with a citrus aroma. Very bitter and hot from maybe the high alcohol. Appearance is a bit heady and it's cloudy mango color. Definitely Unique. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Nice amber/orange color; Medium slightly creamy body; Aroma of citrus hops, floral, some fruit, & caramel malt; Flavor of sweet malt, caramel/toffee, pine hops, tropical fruit, citrus, and some spice; Finish is fairly bitter; The alcohol is pretty well hidden; Nicely balanced; Overall, on the sweet side - but quite tasty!

Pale yellow golden pour thin white head and very light lacing ..... aroma of citrusy and floral hops, chewy caramel malts and light booze ..... taste is chewy caramel malts, bitter citrusy hops, some fruity juicy peachy hop flavors ... has a bit sugary lactose to it I can see that and light floral hops .... bitter and slightly boozy mouthfeel .... good stuff, but not a world beater

Nice. This is a great beer. Had at the northwest arkansas beer geeks. We need to get FFF in AR.

Pours a slightly hazy golden color with an off white head and good lacing. Aroma of citrus and lactose with some caramel and biscuit malt. Taste is citrus and floral hops with a sharp piney bitterness. Mouthfeel is soft with a medium body and moderate carbonation. Finishes dry with a building bitterness. A big beer but I didn't like the sharp bitterness or the lactose in an IPA.
