Pale yellow golden pour thin white head and very light lacing ..... aroma of citrusy and floral hops, chewy caramel malts and light booze ..... taste is chewy caramel malts, bitter citrusy hops, some fruity juicy peachy hop flavors ... has a bit sugary lactose to it I can see that and light floral hops .... bitter and slightly boozy mouthfeel .... good stuff, but not a world beater

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a slightly hazy golden color with an off white head and good lacing. Aroma of citrus and lactose with some caramel and biscuit malt. Taste is citrus and floral hops with a sharp piney bitterness. Mouthfeel is soft with a medium body and moderate carbonation. Finishes dry with a building bitterness. A big beer but I didn't like the sharp bitterness or the lactose in an IPA.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Golden copper color with tiny floaties, finger of white head. Smells of lactose, carmel, aspirin, floral notes. A medium bitter with some sweet caramel malt, vanilla, the bitter is like eating an aspirin, ends with some citrus, fruit rind. This is a weird one, lactose smoothed it out a little, but not a good bitter, some honey biscuit like sweetness is good. All together good effort but not one I'd drink again.

4.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pours clear golden with thick off white head. Aroma is big citrus and floral hops. Taste is sweet juicy citrus upfront with some sweet caramel and bread malt on the follow through. Aftertaste is lingering dank piney hops. Palate is medium and sticky. Overall this is an outstanding double ipa with great balance and an abundance of hop flavor!

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle color of honey. Nose tropical fruit hop and syrupy malt. Taste dank earthy hop with a citrus bite. Mid palate not as sweet as expected. Nice bitter finish. Solid beer, but a little disappointing compared to the other fantastic hop bombs from 3F.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Caramel, resin, spruce, floral, citrus, and a wisp of alcohol in the aroma leads to light sweetness in the taste followed by a bitter wave that fades slowly. The ales is a hazy golden-orange with a fluffy but tight white head that fades to a ring around my Greenbush snifter. With its medium body, creamy and slick texture, average carbonation, and bitter finish, the palate is where the Cow separates itself from other IIPAs.
