COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This complex double India pale ale has an intense citrus and floral hop aroma balanced by a velvety malt body which has been augmented with lactose milk sugar. With this different take on an IPA we have brewed an ale that is both pleasing to drink and, once again, “not normal.” Cheers! 100 IBU 11.0%ABV (used to be 9.5%)

Cloudy orange with plenty of sediment hanging in the liquid. Smells hoppy and slightly creamy. Tastes strongly floral with some citrus peel and orange juice up front, followed by a very smooth, "round" aftertaste. Fizzy palate. Lingering flavors of pine and some caramel. Good. A little safer than I would have expected.

Cloudy orange gold, light tan head. Muted resinous nose, some hay. Some nice honey sweetness as it warms. Sharply bitter upfront, bigger sweetness than a typical double. Pretty big body, fairly upfront alcohol. Not terribly oily, quite a bit of acidity. Excellent. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Yogis Three Floyd's tap takeover. This is one if my favorite big IPAs from Three Floyd's. The citrusy hop aroma hits you in the face immediately in typical Three Floyd's fashion. Amazing lacing on this IIPA. The flavor is a perfect balance of malt and hops with the lactose milk sugar adding a distinctive creaminess. Great IIPA that never let's up. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This pours a hazy, golden orange color with a thick foamy head. The aroma is mild but has a decent aroma of hops. The taste is big, bold, and delicious. The texture is smooth, milky but has quite the bite when it comes to hops. This is perhaps one the best beers I’ve had from Three Floyds.

Great appearance with a heavy head & orange blonde coloring. Light scent with a hint of hops - the head amazingly covers some of the aroma up front. As soon as you break through the head you’re met with an amazing smooth hop flavor with a lot of complexity. Amazing mouth feel.
