Picked this up in Indianapolis. Golden body beneath a smallish white head. Strong citrus and pine aromas. Full hops, my kind of beer. Nice and slightly spicy going down. FFF excels at hoppy beers and this is no exception. Slightly under Dreadnaught, but yet this is still world class.

Pale greasy golden, bubbly soapy head. Rich sweetness, custard and tobacco as well as peppery citrus. Initial taste is lean cheesy citrus, soft grassy passionfruit. Lean carbonation, spicy enough. Finishes scattergun bitterness, soft sweetness and linger of gummy citrus. Pretty swish.

Bottle, Mikkeller Webshop, Pizza Bread Tasting

Bottled 1/21/2015, enjoyed 22 days later. Hazy golden color with off white head. Grapefruit pineapple boozy aroma. Lasting citrus bitter from start to finish. Orange rind, strong DIPA malt palate but not sweet. Worth the effort to hunt down a 3F to try.

Rosemerry hop aroma that inundated everything...slight sage and white pepper. Flavor had a big backbone of crystal malt and slight redid sweetness that balanced the big IBU. Awesome n

650ml bottle from Mikkeller webshop. Clear orange amber colour, white foam head and aroma of tropical fruit, mango, citrus, hoppy. Taste is malt caramel balanced with peach, orange citrus, tropical fruit notes, grapefruit & pine bitterness. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry lingering bitter finish. Very drinkable.

Bottled 1/21/15. Slightly muddy golden orange, lots of carbonation, fairly thick head. Smell is rich tropical fruit, candied apple, heavy. Fresh and tasty, very bitter. Pineapple, strawberry, oily palate. Really fantastic, but you have to get it less than a month old - I’ve had older bottles that didn’t have nearly as much flavor.

Hazy orange brown, Aroma of lemongrass, ginger, hay and pine. Taste is mostly as it smells with a bitter, tea-like component. It’s pretty generically bitter, with some residual sweetness into the finish. Thanks, Janet!
