3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap and bottle, pours a deep brown near opaque with an okay beige head and lacework. The aroma has minor tropical fruit esters along with a slight resiny hop note before you noticed the mocha, coffee, toast and faint charred malt character. A hint of bubblegum as well. The taste is a nicely balanced combination of sweet and roasted malt along with moderate hop bitterness in addition to some light handed tropical and dark fruit tones. The mouth feel is smooth and minimal creaminess but seems a tad ashy and husky too. Overall a quaffable oatmeal stout that improves as it warms.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
At brewpub. Opaque pour, tan/khaki head, piles of lace. Head retention is minimal, dies to a small ring around glass walls. Smells malty, and an element of licorice/ anise, biscuits. Tastes quit stereotypically stoutish. A bit bitter and some cold coffee.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at the source. Pours an opaque black with 1 finger light tan head and some lacing. Aroma is full of chocolate milk, espresso, floral hops, and dark roasted malts. Taste is sweet with a slightly bitter finish. Body is medium with slight carbonation. Mouthfeel is creamy. A solid oatmeal stout with the hoppy finish I expect from FFF.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tap at Paradiso Georgetown. Inky black pour. Mocha, cocoa dusted foam. Good retention. Nose is awesome: sweet flowers, bright citrus, fresh melon, dusted cocoa. Moves to something like cognac Chantilly cream, orange peel creme brulee. Wow. Rum soaked vanilla cream. Taste is very aerated, fluffy, easy to drink. Medium chocolate mousse. Easy to drink. Delicious.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pour is black with a thin tan head that fades after a few minutes. Aroma is expected for a stout - toasted oats, dark malts, chocolate. Flavor much like the aroma but with an aggressive hop finish. Tastes like an oatmeal stout mixed with a black IPA.
