22 ounce shared bottle. Pours a hazy golden brown with a small off-white head. Aroma of fruit and funk. Taste is tart fruit, funk, wine, spice, and wood. Interesting.

Bottle 362/480, red wax (2012). Thanks alex. Loud pop and hiss upon opening. Followed by about 10 minutes of white gushing foam. Aroma was surprisingly pleasant. Soft Brett, wine and tartness. Taste was sort of weird. Initially it was a lot of Brett and horsey barnyard stuff. Which then turned wierdly metallic and a bad barnyard. But then as I got used to it I enjoyed it. It was definitely unique. Not the greatest, and certainly not worth the initial cost, but for a limited 3 Floyd’s beer that I doubt will be made again, I’m glad I tried it.

It was a bit young tasting. Fruity, peaches, lemon pineapple. Mild diacetyl. Pungent brett aroma. Solid overall

Bottle: Poured a deep golden/amber color ale with a large foamy head with limited retention and some light lacing. Aroma of sour notes with light acidic edge and some dry Brett notes. Taste is also dominated by sour and tart notes with an acidic edge with some lactic sour notes and a dry Brett finish. The vinous and/or hoppy notes are not easily identifiable. Body is light with good carbonation. Decent but really doesn’t stand out from the pack of new sour ales that are coming out.

Pour is hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is off-putting with notes of cream, lemon, sour fruit, and wheat grass. Flavor is similar to the aroma with some oak and spice thrown in. This beer is all over the place - sour, sweet, wine, oak, brett. Strange.

Bottle opened up at the 2013 year end Ottawa tasting, can’t remember who I traded with for this one but it was not quite as disappointing as I was hoping :) Somewhat sour and lactic, pear, dry, bit of funk, high carbonation, brett, interesting.

A hazed golden ale with a thick collapsing white head. In aroma, a nice sour ale with lactic acid, black pepper, Epsom salts. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with lactic notes, Brett, decent. Xmas Ottawa gathering Dec 13 2013.

Sampled from a 22 oz. bottle at DLD2013. Pours a cloudy orangish color with a thick white head. Odd, funky, sweaty aroma. Somewhat salty, weird tannin notes, some rubber bands and barnyard. Flavor is dry, funky, rubbery. Some astringency, some bandaids. Really weird. Slick bodied with a somewhat oily mouthfeel. Odd.
