The pour is a hazy golden straw color with a thin white head. The nose on this beer is awful. Sawdust and cardboard overpower the nose. Light lemon peel, maybe some oak, heavy on the bandaids, and a bit of dirt are there for good measure. The flavor has a subtle tartness, a bit of water, and huge cardboard and sawdust notes. Some bandaid, musty oak, lemon peel, and that might be about it. I tried to forget...

Bottle shared by Adam, thanks! Pours a hazy orange gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of light Brett with a hint of dry wine and plastic. Flavor has a good amount of breat and wine upfront but finish has a good amount of plastic.

750 ml bottle picked up from the brewery (Munster, IN). Pours a hazy golden amber hue, light hued edges and a well hazed body overall. Frothy whitish head atop dies to a film, laces well. Richer vibrant fruity and hoppy nose, oak and plastic. Some vanilla, barnyard, and melon, tangerine, more plastic. Some funk, cobwebs. Initial is a bit more odd and perplexing, rich bitter and bretty elements play on the palate. A bit tart into the backend, I get plastic, cobwebs, dust, and basement. Some bready malts, the hops are bitter but lose some of the flavor, still a push of grapefruit and rind, lemony elements. A touch more oak, more brett, cobwebs, and soft cheese. Plastic. Overall, it’s a bit messy. An odd beer.

Bottle. Thanks Adam. Pours blond, hazy, white head. Flavors musty dirty socks, adhesive strips. Flavors sweet adhesive strips, florals. Thin body. Just gross.

Bottle shared by Adam. Thanks? Pours a lightly hazed orangey gold with a stiff white head. Nose is chloraseptic & band-aids, faint barnyard funk. On tasting, it is dry, mildly astringent and solventy. Far from clean and just sloppy. The dry hop is lost and the brett is oppressive...

750ml bottle. 170 out of 480. Finally able to get rid of this... Bottle opens with a hiss, poured and carbonation poured out aggressively and yields a slightly hazy apple cider, somewhat transparent, and topped with a thin wispy white head... Aroma of Brett and pineapple, earth and lightly tart. Meh and not that exciting... Flavors are more of the same with a dusty grapefruit Brett presence. Light bodied, somewhat effervescent, with active carbonation. Really grapefruity overall.

UPDATED: JAN 1, 2013 20/XII/12 - 750ml bottle @ De Hopduvel (Gent) - BB: n/a - bottle # 26/480 (2012-1383) Thanks to Bobochamp for sharing the bottle!

Little cloudy yellow orange beer, nice irregular yellow head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: fruity, lemony, lemon juice, fresh orange juice, tangerines, some summer fruit in general. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: citric start, bit lemony, slightly sour, then bitterness takes over quickly, orange peel, chemical unpleasant bitterness. Aftertaste: paint, chemical, very bitter, alcohol burn, grape pits, earthy. Very unpleasant finish.

(bottle - 22 oz) Cloudy orange pour with a very fizzy white head. Aroma is a lot hoppier than I thought it would be for a sour ale. Nice Brett funk with a grassy and earthy undertone. Big sour, tart and yet hoppy flavor. Very bitingly sour with an acidic aftertaste but that really nice and semi-sweet Brett finish. Interesting tasting and rather tasty.

Bottle. Hazy orange pour. Aroma full of fresh brett, funky and spicy, but not too cheesy. Flavor is spicy and slightly sour. Nice and mild brett brew.
