4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle. Pours a clear ruby color with a huge creamy off-white head that would not diminish and produced excellent lacing. Second most attractive brew I have seen. Heavy complex aroma of roasted malt , molasses, citrus and brown sugar. Medium to full body with a thick texture. Good flavor with heavy sweet and bitter and a long finish. Great brew for number 800.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Gut! /10/9/9/12/10

aging like an IIPA with the hops fading but the malt character is not coming out as it should, instead the malt sweetness is fading and being lost behind the earthyness, body thinning
Date: February 20, 2009
malt is coming back now with the sweetness taking over from the bitterness, picking up a nice fruityness,

4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Botted: Orange coloured. Clear. Dense light brown head. Hops, citrus, spices, sweetness and fruit in the nose. This is really promising. Flavour is near perfect. Sweetness, allcohol, spices and loads of hops. Some light chocolate notes. Is full bodied. Is dry and alcoholdense in the end, where a smooth bitterness lingers gengly on the palate. This is the shit for me, and I can’t thank BBB63 enough for sending this as an extra. An EXTRA ladies and gentlemen. Mike really rocks as much as this beer.
