3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at brewpub. Gold with thin white head. Aroma is grassy/citrus (?). Flavor is grass, lemon, and oak. Very solid IPA, but not my favorite FFF beer.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pours a clear golden color with a thick white head. Aroma is sweet with a citrus hop bitterness on the nose. Taste is real fruity (apricots?) and light bodied. This was my first Three Floyd’s beer and I’m sure others taste better. This was an interesting start.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Poured into tall lager/ pilsner glass (what I had available). Yellowish gold with decent white head. Smell has some fruit, some malt, and maybe some vinegar(?). Taste is english malts and fruit hops, with an interesting bitter/ sour finish. Feel is full. Not bad, unique flavor with the unaccostomed-to ingredients.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a clear amber color with white head. Citrus, oak, butterscotch, and some pine on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes with a slightly bittersweet note. Reminds me of Cigar City’s White Oak Aged Jai Alai. Stunningly similar.

3.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle: Clear gold with not much head. Musty leather aroma with some funky sweetness in there as well. Bitter, yeasty flavors with a watery feel but still leaving a slight film on the tongue. I also picked up a little butterscotch in the aftertaste as well.

4.9 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
It’s about as perfect of beer as you can find. I will warn you drink this one quickly it will give you a buzz with one pint. I would expect a bitter flavor with something with this high of abv level. But it has a great flavor and aroma.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Love this brewery. Not my favorite from them. Get a black licorice flavor at the end which ruins it for me.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle found at a shop in Indiana. Deep amber pour with a tight white head. Juicy clementine and marmalade-slathered brown bread. Woody forest floor, dirt-covered grass. Moderate sweet caramel. Orange blossom flavor. Delicate woody perfume. Lemon sorbet. Honeyed tea. Bear claw donut. Sweet without being overwhelming. Medium body, somewhat sticky. Quite nice.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
22oz bottle poured into a teku glass. Sweet, juicy citrus and light pine come through to the nose initially. As it settles, some of the undertones of hot caramel syrup and roasted nuts become more obvious. Even later on, the aroma of sweet, overripe, dark berries (bordering on candi sugar) comes through with a touch of vanilla. It pours a clear, oily, rich caramel color with a large, sudsy, frothy orange head (kinda looks like a root beer float). Lots of cloudy head is retained throughout the drink and an abundant messy cloudy lace is left behind. The taste is a medium bitter, with a medium light malty sweet undertone. It feels chewy and thick in the mouth with a soapy slick carbonation. Overall, it’s a mellow, medium body (especially for an IPA) that finishes with a dry tangerine and pine character. A mellow, pine dryness sticks around for a short time in the aftertaste.
