On tap at brewpub. Gold with thin white head. Aroma is grassy/citrus (?). Flavor is grass, lemon, and oak. Very solid IPA, but not my favorite FFF beer.

Interesting. The best way to put this. I can sense the super strong English hop. The result a cardboard box hop light licourious. Better than sounds. Goodness more associated with unique flavor. Light English hop aroma fading head. Fuzzy thick on tongue. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A good hoppy ale. A nice bitter taste which is surprisingly refreshing. Would drink again.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is citrus and tea. Medium mouth, bready malt, citrus, tea, light bitter finish, hides alcohol well, good.

Pours copper with white head that thins to a collar. Aromas are very faint traces of mango and pine. Taste is subtle hops that fades to bitter. Very drinkable, but nothing stands out about it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Nice aromas of toasty grain, melon and some pine resin. Burnt orange color. Taste is unique with fruity IPA standing out and bouncing to some nice bready malt and then the oak finishes things off and smoothes things out. Very good.

22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 5/4/2015. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy bright orange/amber color with a 2 finger dense and rocky off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big lemon, orange, pineapple, apricot, pear, apple, pepper, pine, light oak, caramel, toasted bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of earthy hops, fruity yeast, and bready malt notes; with good strength. Taste of big lemon, orange, pineapple, apricot, pear, apple, pepper, pine, light oak, caramel, toasted bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Good amount of earthy spicy/piney bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, orange, pineapple, apricot, pear, apple, pepper, pine, light oak, caramel, toasted bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Damn nice complexity, robustness, and balance of earthy hops, fruity yeast, and bready malt flavors; with a crisp malt/yeast/hop balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, fairly crisp/sticky, and slightly creamy mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with a light warmth lingering after the finish. Overall this is an excellent English IPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of earthy hops, fruity yeast, and bready malt flavors; and very smooth to drink for the ABV. A very enjoyable offering

Aroma of spicey hops, oak, and orange/tangerine and caramel. Taste is sweet creamy orange on the tip of the tongue, sweet corn malts and caramel in the middle; then lastly a powerful surge of spicey, earthy hops and oak. I am really digging these less hop forward beers from Three Floyd’s.

Bottle. Murky dark orange pour with a huge, pillowy head that fades very slowly to a thick film. Leaves soapy lacing. Aroma is super sweet candied citrus and caramel. Tastes the same but also a bit stale and old. Hard to describe but I know I don’t like it. Not good.
