Bottle split at the ABC Beers pre Borefts tasting, 24/09/15. Black topped with a tan covering. Nose is rich malt, spice, cocoa rub, bourbon tunes, earthy. Taste comprises fruit cake, chocolate, light spice trail, dates, raisens, roasted notes, vanilla, subtle bourbon chase. Full bodied, fine carbonation, light warming alcohol in the close. Decent BA stout.

Pre Borefts Tasting at ABC Beers, Den Haag. Opaquqedark brown beer, good tan head. Palate is airy and semi dry. Airy dark malts, thin creamy sweetness. Tangy bourbon soaked dark fruits. Trace of lactic sourness. Mild coffee. Airy finish. Decent but lacks a bit of 3F deftness.

Bottle @ Pre-Borefts Tasting, courtesy of the European Crew! Pours a pitch black beer with a small brownish head on top. Aroma of bourbon and roasted coffee, some caramel and sweet lactose or vanilla. Flavor is sweet with loads of boozy bourbon and oak notes. Very full and complex with even some hints of coconut shining trough in the very end. Nice one!!

Bottle @ Steve_0 during my 10k tick fest. Thanks Armin! Pours a black appearance with a dark brown head. Plum, grape, chocolate, light roast, whiskey nose. Twangy, tart berry / grape flavor with lots of chocolate and caramel. Infected but still fun.

Bottle at home with friends, courtesy of Armin. Thanks man! Pour is deep black with a big brown head and sticky lacing. Cocoa nibs, bourbon, some caramel, toffee, dark cherries, and raisins in the aroma. Taste is dark chocolate, tannic, some smoke, coffee, toffee, tangy, grapey, and roasted malt. Medium body with soft carbonation. Something slightly off but not bad.
