COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is brewed during the hop harvest with a portion of unkilned or “wet” hops fresh off the vine. Apricot in color, Broo Doo’s nose has dominant orange, pine sap and floral notes, balanced by a glazed nut and toffee malt body. This celebration of the hop harvest has intense tropical fruit, citrus and spicy accents that showcase the complexity of the hops we all love. October release.

Draft @ FFF: Beautiful amber pour with a minimal head. Sweet and hoppy with a nice bready malt. Aggressively hopped and a great balanced finish. It was delicious.

Like most Three Floyd’s beers, this is a well hopped beer. Light and crisp, orange in color with toffee sweetness.

Bottle as shown. Pours a clear yellow gold with medium frothy white head. The aroma is strong floral hop and citrus. Medium mouthfeel with sweet hop and fruit with light bitterness in the finish. Easy to drink, a very good IPA.

Unclear orange with medium creamy off-white head; mostly diminishing. Aroma has a nice balance of malt and hops; caramel, toffee tropical, citrus, pine. Full, soft body. No cloying. Fairly sweet leading to a pine resin and floral finish of medium duration - very drinkable and quite balanced.

Very hoppy aroma. Citrus, yeast, a little flora. tastes not nearly as hoppy as the aroma. Floral, sweet, hops, pine resin. A little drying at the end but still fairly sweet.

Delicously bright and fruity IPA apricots, raisens, a bit of toffee with a piney finish. I liked the fruity elements along w/ a balanced bitterness w/ a good amount of malt and fruity backing to keep it balanced.

The aroma is a nice floral, orange, and piney scent. Flavor is piney, floral, tiny but nutty, and light malt. All in all another great beer from 3 Floyd’s, wished I would have had this when it was fresh but still a great beer!!

22oz bomber. Pours a hazy light orange color with about a finger of white head. Aromas are piney, floral, mild grapefruit, and some honey. Taste is floral, piney, mild nutty, with some mild light malts.

Refrigerated brown bomber, extra from queenholly, poured into a snifter. Pours hazy apricot in color with big white head, and little lacing. Medium body, medium carbonation, and medium pine aroma. Taste is herbal hops, grass, pine, and bitter hop finish. I would this bottle is a touch past its prime, but I get the idea of this one and it is pretty good.

Bomber from Whole Foods Lexington. It drives me up the wall that FFF does not date stamp their bottles. I would be buying up much more Dreadnaught and Behemoth. This is pretty hoppy, but not like I would expect from FFF brewing a fresh hopped beer. The aroma has some cheesy notes but not too strong. But since there is no date stamp, I have no idea what the age is on this. Flavor is lemony with some grass and pine. The finish is fairly dry with decent bitter herb flavor. This is okay. I expect more though.

A bomber thanks to ughsmash. The aroma is dominated by the wet hop, grassy, citrus flavor. A tasty wet hopped beer.
