Poured from a 22 oz. bottle into a Three Floyds branded imperial pint glass. Pours a glimmering gold with a two finger bright white head. Light pale malt, grass and flora, accents of apple and pear on the nose. Opens with grassy hops joined by apple peel with a touch of bitterness, a touch of honey, toasted grain, and some light citric notes. Finishes fairly dry and crisp. Light body with bubbly carbonation that tickles the inside of the mouth. Overall, a very solid kolsch.

Clear pale golden pour with a white head. Some sweet bread, pale malt, and floral hops. Light yeast, a bit of grass, and some fruit esters such as apple and pear. The flavor has a fair amount of fruit character such as apple, pear, and white grape. Some floral hops, mild grass, and yeast. Pale malt and bread give some sweetness. Could use a little bitterness and less sweetness.

22oz bottle in a plastic cup. Pours golden with a cream-colored head. Aroma of pale and toasted malts, plus some herbal and floral/piney hops. Flavor the same. Average texture. A pretty good beer for the style.

Bottle courtesy of and shared with Kermis. Poured a clear light straw colour. The thin white head was short-lived. The aroma is malty and some more malt. The flavour is, not surprisingly, malty! It's smooth and with some limited bitterness. A very decent and drinkable ale. Perhaps not the style we are used to from Three Floyds, but a good shot at this style of beer!

650 ml bottle courtesy of elkhunter36. Thanks John. Pours a clear light gold color with a very small white head that soon vanishes. The aroma is mild with traces of citrus, grass and hay. The flavor is spicy-sweet with cereal grains, lemons, hay and spicy(white peppercorns?) hops. The palate is light and crisp with medium carbonation. Finishes long with lingering grains. Overall: Not bad for an american Kolsch, but I kinda expect a bit more from this brewery.

Thanks a ton bauermj for this one. Pours a really nice and effervescent straw yellow with two fingers of crackling white head and a storm of carbonation. Absolutely wonderful beer, grassy and bready notes pair wonderfully with just a touch of wet hay and fruity notes from the yeast. A very light malt sweetness pairs well with a touch of citrus rind and spicy hop character. Light body with the perfect citrus rind bitterness on the finish. Man, I loved this.

Bottle courtesy of Vin shared at Franks, Oct 2012. Pours a clear, straw yellow body with nice frothy white head and some lacing. Aroma is wheat, citrus, grass and wheaty malts. Mouthfeel is medium to thin with notes of grassy hops, light floral tones, citrus, wheat and german malts.
