COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In the seemingly endless cruelty, battle, and strife of the Hyborian age, a warrior has but two pleasures: Decimating one’s enemies in battle, and a horn of Cimmerian Sabertooth Berzerker to slake the thirst of victory.

Putting down some old ratings of stuff that appears gone, On tap taphouse grill 3/29/12. Very hoppy IPA, Lots of pine, with some citrius. Signature 3 floyds hoppiness. Very close to dreadnaught.

Had on tap at Three Floyds during our Zombie Dust excursion. Served in a penta glass. A: Pours a perfect amber body with solid golden edges. A half finger, pillowy white head forms on the pour and has some nice retention. As it recedes a thick collar and thin film it leaves nice cascades of lace down the glass. S: I first get some dank and resinous hops and then it slowly molds to a tropical fruit and light pine needle. There is some sweet bread malts in for good measure. T: The taste is even danker than the nose. Nice combination of pine and dank weed. Mild tropical fruits burst up in the middle and the finish is a semi-bitter pine needle and lemon grass. There is a malty caramel backbone throughout. M: Medium bodied with a slight sticky mouthfeel. Solid carbonation and it goes down very smooth. O: There are a ton of different hop variations and they each play a wonderful part. While this wasn’t a bitter bomb, it certainly attacked the palate. Well done. From old notes from Feburary. I apologize as they lack good description. Color was orange amber. Aroma was sweeter with a lot of tropical fruit and pine. Taste was very tropical. Pineapple, apricot, and passion fruit. There was also some pine and good caramel malt. It went down easy and alcohol was well hidden.

On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration. This is a really glowing golden honey colored one with a small sidesticking heavy lacing off-white head. Sweet and malty on the aroma - really hoppy and quite fruity also I get peach, mango and woody branches. It has a light sticky texture with a average carbonation level. Sweet flavors, it’s really piney and bitter with tons of what I like to call cortex and branches. Yeah, this was a really tasty one! 12.05.2012
