Bottle # 339/405. Trade from sean9689, thanks buddy. Black body with a quick disappearing brown head. Aroma is green pepper, chocolate, roasted malt, pepper notes. Flavour is green pepper, roasted malt, chocolate. The chili pepper thickles in the throat. A bit to much carbonation. Very interesting beer.

Sample shared at Central Waters anniversary party. Deep black with brown-tan head. Aroma is spicy chili pepper with ultra-smooth cocoa, chocolate, roasted malt, and soft bourbon. Flavor is a moderate spicy pepper kick that is balanced nicely with rich chocolate, roasted malt, faint bourbon and some lactose sweetness. Barrel characteristics are at just the right level to give complexity. Lightly dry oak finish with mild pepper spice and chocolate roast. Great mouthfeel from the lactose. No pepper acidity. An improvement on the base beer and a real treat.

Bottle 117/403. The pour is dark with no head. The aroma is strong with both bourbon and peppers. The taste is very nice. Smooth as hell. Don't get a lot of the peppers, just the right amount that it lingers. An awesome beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clear black colour, no head. Aroma of vanilla, fruity, lychee, chilli, bell pepper, caramel, bourbon, malts and raisins. Light spicy hot flavour, bell pepper, chilli, rum, sweetness and malts. Quite full body, lightly cloying, but not too much, finish chilli and light vanilla.
Nice and balanced. Great brew.

Clear dark brown beer, no head. Aroma: lots of lychees on cans, caramel, bit peppery, vanilla, crème brûlée, somewhat spicy, banana peel. Mf: no carbon, medium body. Taste: bit fruity, lychees, hint of sourness, some caramel, wood, rum, raisins, little spicy, peppers. Aftertaste: hot peppers, caramel, little sourish, some bitter hops, dry finish. Not bad at all!

A nice one here. It feels much heavier than the original moloko. Heavy bourbon noes but not too heavy, cocoa-y, light spice.
