On tap. Pours an opaque golden with hardly any head. Dry, citrusy nose with a whiff of yeast. Medium body, lively carbonation, dry citrusy notes - quite tart actually. Not that many banana or yeast accents. Very mediocre, yet still more authentic than most American attempts at a Hefe. 230111

Tap @ Mikkeller bar. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are rich fruits, yeast, citrus, banana, malt and hops.

Barril. Hazy yellow, medium white head. A: wheaty banan and citrus, some yeast. Quite some carbo in the mouthfeel. What yeastish citrus like flavour with bit some banana. Rather thin hefe weizen.

cloudy yellow, small white head. Aromatic wheat beer aroma, yeast, citrus. Flavor is citrussy, wheaty, fresh fruity, a bit sourish. Refreshing.

Tap @ MikkellerBar. Hazy goldwn/orange with small off-white head. Flavour is malt, wheat, sweet, lemon and a little sour/acid.

Nose is wheat, pineapple, little soap, some barn yard, later weak lemon and bitter hops, feel is broad, carb is quite broad (obvious wheat), taste is sweet apple, very weak mint, then bitter hops, banana?

Pours muddy pale yellow with a small, staying, creamy, white head. Good lacing. Aroma has mild banana, wheat sweetness, light metal, citrus and a dose of green apple. Highish carbonation, a bit thin mouthfeel. Flavour starts fairly citric tart, some apple zest, mild banana and some wheat sweetness. Not a very good hefe.

I can’t give this the nod of approval when it comes viewing thes beer as a Hefeweizen. It taste like a light Hefeweizen if that exist, but by default FFF make all types of beer good. Lets leave the Hefeys to Weihenstephaner.

Draft. An unclear dark golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has strong notes of wheat and banana as well as medium notes of cloves. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of wheat and lemon as well as light notes of banana, leading to a dry wheaty finish where notes of lemon and dusty hops lingers.

Draught at Mikkeller Bar. Hazy golden coloured with a small white ehad. Fruity aroma of hay, yeast and bananas with acidic nnotes. Fruity flavour of yeast with acidic notes and notes of bananas. Fruity finish.
