Thanks to Jrod1969 for this extra, cheers Jared!
Poured to NB globe.
A: Brass ale pours to single finger, bone white head which dissipates into blanket of fine bubbles. Near excellent clarity. Confluent columns of bubbles rise from the bottom.
S: Lots of grapefruit, cotton candy, other citrus. Light, very light, resin. Light hint of grain and corn.
T: I canít recall having a wheat ale which actually accentuated the flavor of the wheat so well. Slightly sour, yeasty flavor, plenty of citrus rinds. Effervescent finish highlights the hops in the beer.
M: light, yet tacky. High carbonation. Numbing and dry mouthfeel.
D: Quite a drinkable beer. I wish it were hotter out, it would pair well with a warm day.

Clear Gold Color, Huge White Head, Long Lasting, Lots Of Thin Stings Of Lacing. Very Pleasant Aroma, Reminds Me Of Passion Fruit, Floral Hops. Lager Like Base Topped Off With Passion Fruit and Floral Hops to Finish Off. Slightly Sweet, Moderately Peppery Bitter Finish.. Medium Body, Highly Carbonated. Really Nice and Easy. Enjoyed It. Recommended...

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Side by side comparison between Gumballhead and 80-Acre. Similar small white head. Gumballhead is clear, 80-Acre a little cloudy.
Gumballhead a little grapefruity nose. 80-Acre has a sweet nose.
Gumballhead is a little piney and citrusy, with a hoppy bitter, dry finish that lingers. Medium carbonation. Gumballhead leaves a bigger, longer feel in the mouth.
80-Acre is almost a light saison sweetness, followed by a little hoppy kick that then turns back to sweet for the finish.
80-Acre is good, but Gumballhead remains my favorite!

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
floral, citrus, frothy, white foam, golden, amber, heavy cloying sweetness, medium bitterness, medium body, slick feel, lively,
I read about this in a beer book iím reading and the first time I drank it I didnít notice the subtle pineapple taste/aroma that is magnificently blended to create a beer with a tropical explosion. Although this beer didnít pair well with my fish tacos, when drank on itís own itís a beer Iíd drink a 6 pack of easily and enjoy every sip.
