Like a distant ice cream truck, some weather screams for this hoppy wheat beer. A truck from Munster playing metal that is. Heat and humidity are the last two ingredients needed for gumballhead. The aroma, color, and refreshing taste are ideal on a late summer night. Pour from a 12 oz. bottle picked up at the brewery.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Hazy, yellow-orange pour with a frothy, white head. The aroma has obvious wheat mixed with lemon, orange peel, and some spice. It has a medium body with a slightly sticky texture and average carbonation. The taste begins with the slightest bitterness and becomes more sweet to the finish. This beer is smooth, flavorful, and still refreshing.

Pours a slightly hazy orange with a finger of head that hangs out. Surprisingly hoppy aroma given that its a wheat beer. Some obvious citrus scents as well. Definite wheat characteristic flavor with some lemony accents. Distinct biting finish. Not overly carbonated mouthfeel. Goes down smooth. Good beer, even if its not my favorite style

Slight haze on this yellow gold pour. Off white head fades quick but leaves a lot of lacing. Aroma is citru then hops then wheat. Taste follows nose. I really liked it, but expected more wheat notes.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from queenholly. Pours a pale golden straw, little to no head. Grain upfront, a crisp citrus quality as well, very light. Body lively, sweet grain profile, almost a hint of tartness, finish subtle and crisp. Not mind blowing, but does what it needs to do.

This was a very drinkable ale. One of the smoothest beers I have had. Went down like water.

3.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured from glass freshly purchased. Pours a fizzy minimal off-white head with a golden clear color. Has a nice citrus, fruit with some nice wheat notes, moderate hoppiness. Flavor is moderate hoppiness, some sweetness and malt with some ester and wheat notes. Above average fizzy mouthfeel with above average carbonation. Overall this is a good beer but not my favorite.

Bottle pour hazy light yellow. Nose lots grapefruit, mango, pine. Taste initial crisp bite, pine citrus fruit. Mellow mid palate malt finish light bitter with some lemon. My new standard for a wheat beer.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pours a nice clear golden color with one finger white head. Good lacing. Smell is citrus up front, much more like an IPA than a wheat. The taste follows the nose - sweet citrus with a very refreshing hefeweizen-like lemony finish. Light bodied and lightly carbonated, very refreshing. Overall an outstanding American wheat, extremely well balanced. Great job FFF!

Pours a standard golden with white head. Great aromas of citrus, herbs, and some tropical fruit. Awesome. Nice bitter floral flavours. Great flavorful wheat ale.
