An American Wheat Beer brewed with red wheat and boat loads of amarillo hops gives this summer brew a lemony finish. The slight haze in the bottle is from the bottle-conditioning, where yeast is added to the bottle for a secondary fermentation. Gumballhead is a Skingraft Comics hero. Bottle. Hazy golden with white head. Delicious aroma, grapefruit, pine, resinous. Taste of grapefruit, pine, orange, citrus, little earthy wheat flavour in the finish. Crisp and refreshing. Yep, it’s delicious.

Pours a slightly cloudy yellow gold with a good sized white head. Nose is hoppy. Very creamy with a silky texture. Hops are upfront and dominate the flavor. Not overly bitter, there is a wheat grain backbone to help balance the hops. A hophead’s delight.

Bottle to glass. Pours a mostly clear golden yellow color with an off-white head. Aroma is fleshy fruit sweetness with citrus. Flavor is a perfectly balanced citrusy bitter sweet character with a mild wheat background. Light in body, smooth, very drinkable. An excellent beer.

At SeaJax sample. Slightly warm when I got to the 4th sample. Very wheat-y with a slight hop bitter aftertaste. I know it's 3 Floyd's but not for me. ---Rated via Beer Buddy

Catching up on old ticks. Honestly one of the strongest wheat beers I remember having. Perfectly balanced with nice bright hops. Smooth and easy. Hope I can try this one again soon.
