Draft courtesy of Barnaby, thank you sir! Aroma of exactly what the name implies, with lightly spiced campfire and bacon. Taste is toasted rye bread and light spice. Nice stuff.

CBC 2012, Copenhagen. Clear golden beer with a offwhite head. Malty, hoppy, fruity, citrus aroma. Smokey, hoppy, fruity flavour.

Draught at CBC 2012. Clear yellow/golden - white head. Spicy, smokey, nice smokey notes, nice hoppy, toasted, fruity, toastes, light honey, rye spicy malty. Nice.

Tap at CBC. Ambre colour with a white head. Aroma and flavour of malt, hops, caramel, spice and smoked ham.

On tap. Pours amber with a slight haze and a small off-white head. Sweet fruity nose with a very subtle whiff of smoke. Medium body, the fruitiness has now turned dry and subtle while the smoke flavour wise kicks in pretty late. Ends dry and bitter. 120512

Tap at CBC. Poured a low haze amber to gold with medium white foam. Nose is lemon tea and smoked ham. Taste is bread, hay, caramel, toffee, lighter lemon tea. Subdued smoked ham. Fairly light and quenching. Another successful smoked blonde beer.

Sample from tap, CBC 2012. Slightly cloudy, amber colour with a tan head. Smoked aroma with ham and light caramel malts to add sweetness. Notes of dark fruits, rye and spicy hops. Taste is lightly sweet and smokey. Medium body with a creamy texture. Finishes long lasting with a very light, spicy bitterness and bready caramel malts. A pretty good smoker and you got to love the ham flavour!
