22oz bottle in a tulip. Pours dark brown with a lacy, beige head. Aroma of citrusy and floral hops plus a nice amount of dark malts and dough that blend well. Flavor the same with a good amount of hops and dark malts. Average texture. A really good black IPA, although it is just a single IPA. I would like to see what they could do with a double/imperial black IPA.

A solid black IPA. Really stoked on the metal collabs. A pretty standard for the style. This band is fucking horrible.

Brown, leaning red. Gently herbal, spiced meat in aroma - a good amount of weird. The flavor begs for either a lot more or a lot less of the oddness that carries from aroma into the flavor, but never definitively characterizes the beer. An absence of body on the palate, though certainly some hopspice. It’s a beer, but the aroma, flavor, and feel all leave more to be desired, particularly for a black IPA. It feels sacrilegious writing this about a 3F brew.

Bottle. Pours a dark amber ruby color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty peachy hoppy weak piney aroma. Fruity malty peachy hoppy flavor. has a fruity malty hoppy peachy finish.

Pours a very dark brown, almost black with a huge 2 finger frothy head. Moderate lacing. Aroma is very hoppy and bitter with a strong citrus undertone, mainly grapefruit. A slight resinous note is hidden in the mix. Mouth is very bitter up front with roasted malt and a slight citrus bite. A slight booziness to it.

Pours a reddissh-black color with a big, frothy, light tan head that dissipates slowly and leaves decent lacing. Strong citrus, resin, and piney notes, or anything else you can think of to describe hops. Rosted malt begin to show up on the tongue, along with a big hop bite. Nice, easy drinking Black IPA.

Brownish dark pour with a creamy off-whtie head that dissipates extremely slowly. Smell is piney/herbal/candied citrus with a backing roasted maltiness. Flavor is again candied fruits, very sweet and boozy, finishing dark cocoa, bread, and roasted malt. I am starting to like this style.

Pours dark brown with a small white head. Aroma of grainy malts, some fruitness with hints of lemon, citrus, vanilla and roastiness. Taste of pine, resin, some grainy roastiness and fruity hops. Finish is dry, bitter and roasty with some fruitness. Okay, a bit too grainy black IPA.

Pours dark red color with a medium sized head. Aroma of mild roasted malts, some bread, vanilla, faint coffee, dark berries and faint hops. Flavor of resiny hops, mild roasted malts, distant coffee notes and caramel. Surprisingly non-aggressive brew, quite nice and balanced though.

Pours a dark brown colour with a beigeish head. Aroma of roasted malts, vanilla, bread and some grass. Flavour of roasted malts, mango, floral hops, biscuit, grass and some chocolate. Medium bodied, slick mouthfeel and a roasty, bitter, floral, chocolatey finish. A bit too musty, but nice and roasty still.
