Good, solid lager. Pours a hazy gold with a slight head that disappears quick. Tastes like a generic lager but without the artificial sweetness i’m used to. The back end is much more pleasent.

Easy drinking is a good way to describe this pilsner. Not your typical example, hop smell, citrus slight grape fruit. Not an overly dry finish but enough to let you know there is hops present. Similar on the palate to Grolsch, but not as heavy of an aftertaste. Great spring offering. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from jmikolich. Pours hazy amber with a soft white head that fades to a film. Aroma is oranges and grainy grass and malt. Taste is more grain malt and hay with subtle bitterness and orange peel citrus flavors in the background. Palate is thin to medium with a gentle fizz and finishes chalky and dry. A easy drinker by all means with an above average taste.

Pours golden with a thin cram colored head. Tastes citrusy...more hops than I would expect from a pilsner. Smooth and thicker on the palate as well. For a pilsner...this is very tastey.

tmoreau (2284) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - MAR 28, 2012
12 oz. bottle poured to a Czech-pils glass at Lunar Brewing Co., showing a hazed, golden color, an off white cream & bubbles head, and spots & streaks of lacing. The aroma was typical lager scent, stinky, dank grain, and a touch of corn. The flavor added an amped, atypical amount of hop bitterness for the style and presentable carbonation to the little less than medium body. Dry finishing, and sessionably basic.
