12 oz bottle poured into a pint glass. Pours a straw yellow with a 2 finger white head that shrinks to cover the top. Minimal lacing. Aroma is bready, slightly grassy, and earthy. Taste is more bread, earth, and a grassy bitterness with mild citrus in the back. Caramel and toffee are somewhat present. Thin mouthfeel with a lingering flavor. Good pils.

Draft at Rich Os. Golden body with a white, fizzy head, diminishing. Aroma of grass, straw, toasted grain, lemon. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture and lively carbonation. Bitterness stands out in finish, though it’s welcome because the beer starts off sweet. Grainy aftertaste. Crisp finish, but not as crisp as preferred.

Tap at DLD12. Creamy barley malt and hay aroma. Golden yellow color with small head. Slightly sweet creamy barley malt and mildly bitter hay hops flavor. Excellent - really like this one.

Bottle - thanks RobertDale. Clear golden pour with a modest white head. Sticky lacing. Nose is a bready malt, citrus, and florals. Flavor is malty, albeit much less bready and biscuitlike than typical for the style. Floral hops and citrus seemingly blend with a neutral malt profile. Refreshing.
