3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 oz bottle from a trade with Zach. Pours a cloudy dark yellow color with a small white head that recedes to a film. The aroma is sweet and spicy with some allspice, cookie, and biscuit. The taste, like the nose, has a fair amount of spicy biscuit followed by a smattering of earthy grains and bitter nuts. The palate is silky smooth with soft carbonation. Finishes dry, clean and short. Overall: Decent Pils, thanks Zach

4.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Draft at Jerry’s. Gold with big, foamy, white head / Clean nose of grain and resin with a hint of citrus / Medium body, creamy and somewhat fat, just a hint of sweetness, with excellent balance and bitter finish / Stylish flavors of grain, resin, lemon, pear, biscuit, and a touch of bubblegum / Near perfect, and probably perfect.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
One of the more attractive pilseners I’ve seen. Hazy yellow with creamy off white head. Faintly sweet grain aroma. Taste is like a selzer bitter, very dry. Good for this style.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from nuplastikk...thanks Greg! - Pours hazy yellow with a big foamy white head. Bready, crackery malt, nice pale and grainy, with a lovely herbal/floral hop nose. Very rustic. Taste is a bit sharper--it loses some of the soft curves of the nose. A bit of grassy hops, pale malts, and a long, lightly toasted finish. Nice carbonation fluffs up the body a bit. Good stuff, but the taste doesn’t live up to the nose.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
12oz bottle from the brewery. Hazy yellow-tan, steady off-white head. Light to medium bodied, this is an excellent Boho-Pils. Some yeasty lager characteristics, and a steady noble hop undercurrent, spicy, peppery, but perfectly balanced by the smooth, sweet, creamy body. Maybe the best Pils on the US market. Sublime.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
draft - This light bodied brew has an aroma of hops, fruit, and mild, grainy malt. The flavor has good moderate hops bitterness with tasty fruit tones and pale malt sweetness. It’s refreshing and well made, a fine take on a pils.

Earth and citrus fruit. A good pilsener from a great company.
