2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
22 oz. bottle shared by Tmoney99. Pours a clear light golden color with a small white head. The aroma is pretty mild, mainly grainy pale malt and light fruits. The flavor is grainy malt, light fruit, perhaps some earthy hop notes. This is from FFF right? I remember having trouble deciding what type of beer we were drinking. There wasn’t anything off with this, just nothing really going on. This would have to be listed as a disappointment.
nose of pils malt, leathery hop notes. flavors are grainy, leathery, sweet pils malt. solid pils.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle from the brewery. I wish this had been fresher because this is very well made. Nose of spent grain, grass, lemon peel. Color was a hazy yellow gold. Flavor was clean, grassy, almost Saaz-like with a mineral, refreshing finish. Really my cup of tea. I hope Jinx Proof stays in business so this gets made again.

3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a cloudy, very dark golden ripe banana yellow color with some golden yellowish orange hues when held to a light source and a 1.5 finger frothy head with decent retention, slowly fading into a lasting ring.
Slightly earthy/grassy hop aroma with a good bit of bready yeast, wheat and citrus character in the nose. Hints of peppery zest and lemon peel a well as some biscuit malt.
Surprisingly hop forward for a pilsner although it is Three Floyds so I guess I shouldn’t be too shocked. This provides a nice dry earthy character that lasts throughout even though it is nicely balanced by a slightly malty backbone with lots of golden wheat, bready yeast, light crisp fruit, citrus peel and peppery spice. Very well balanced, light, crisp and refreshing. Perfect for the warmer months although there is two feet of snow on the ground right now. Nice dry grassy hop finish that gives it a crisp bite. Very good.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle via trade thanks to dug on BA, unintentionally aged for awhile until one day when I found it in my "cellar" (which is a closet that’s usually about 70 degrees, so not the best for storage) and freaked the hell out. Quickly popped this bad boy into my fridge, then busted it out to pair with a dinner of scallops and pasta. Pours a hazy golden-straw color with a well-retained one finger white head and some good lacing. Aroma is pale malt, grain, Noble hops, and maybe even some wheat. Did they use some wheat in this? Flavor is somewhat sweet with bready pale malt, grain, wheat, and herbal and floral hops. Nothing that blows you away, but really enjoyable. Almost similar to something like Surly Hell if I had to make a comparison. Palate is smooth, fairly light, and crisp. The sweetness and a little bitterness lingers in your mouth on the finish. Drinkability is insanely high. Taking down a bomber of this is like taking candy from a baby.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Thanks to Anthony for this. Pours a straw yellow. Taste is crisp with some apple and assorted fruit. Some grass. Light hoppy aroma. I only wanted to try the Three Floyds take on pilsener; I’m not a pilsener fan. But this is very drinkable.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
22oz bottle. Pours a yellow-golden colored body thats mostly clear, but has just a slight haze. Finger-width, fizzy, white head that dissipates quickly and leaves a light lacing. Aroma is a lightly sweetened grainy, pils malt with a light herbal hop backing. Flavor is a richer grainy malt with a medium sweetness. A touch of bread and honey as well as a light fruit come in during the middle before this finishes with a light to moderate level of herbal, grassy bitterness and a pinch of spice. Dry and crisp with a nice lingering aftertaste. Medium body, smooth, and a soft carbonation. Overall, this is a tasty pils. Its straightforward, but provides an enjoyable crisp, hop bitterness and pleasant malt body. An unusual release from FFF, but it proves to me that they’re not just all about the juicy hop bombs.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Got to try a bottle of this thanks to "hannont". Colour... like a Belgian gold but with no head at all. Nose... honey, beeswax, noble hops. Palate... light CO2, seems quite Czech pils-like. Lightly sweet, floral, honeysuckle. Better in the summer than on a cold fall night, I suspect!
