Tap: Bright golden body with only a moderate chill haze throughout. Soapy white head reduces to a collar quickly. Aroma of mineral water, fresh grains, some pale malt... Very mild. Taste is full of cereal grains, crisp pilsner malts, light yeast, a hint of metallic notes, & some mild earthiness from what would seem to be Noble hops. Slightly bready, yeasty finish. Sometimes I get a little DMS, other times, I don’t. Overall, a nice pilsner, just a little timid.

Bottle: Many thanks Hackobock: Served in a shaker: Medium sized fluffy but vast white head on top of a hazy yellow colored beer. Aromas of herbs, fruits, fruity malts, light chalky peach, light floral and herbal. Flavour is nice fruity bitter, with hoppy herbs, some malty tones, light sweet (think some honey) and lovely bitter herbs. Aftertaste is bitter, floral, hoppy, light fruity and light herbal. Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied and a creamy texture.

ARH (514) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 19, 2014
12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Fresh cut grass, mineral water, lemon, grains, and a spicy herbal note hit the nose on this one. It pours a murky orange yellow color with a medium thick, white head that leaves a moderate ring, a light surface dusting, and a very light, mostly runny lace. It’s taste is a medium bitter and sweet, well balanced, with a light sour. The creamy-oily texture is accompanied by a light, low, creamy carbonation with a medium full body. A sour and bitter citrus note finish it off with a bit of mineral rock and bread. The sour, bitter citrus lingers pretty heavily in the aftertaste, but it has a lemonade like refreshing quality to it.
