3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
I was very happy to be able to taste this thanks to stormking47, bomber poured into an ale glass.
A - a light golden w/ good clarity and minute bead, small amounts of lace cling and the retention is good
S - The nose has smooth floral notes with light herbal accent and mild sweet element from the malt and yeast
M - a pretty smooth and lightly bitter feel as you might expect for this style w/ simple texture and moderately high carbonation
T - The lemony floral flavor of noble hops is what I get from this with a gentle malt body and taste the mellow sweetness lets the flavor of the hops shine and the carbonation level makes is seem refreshing even more as the finish is clean
D - a quenching tasty dort, not a complex style to begin with but it is great in its simplicity and this is a very good representative of the style if a little hoppy -who cares it is flavorful

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pour on tap, clear golden pour with white head, aroma brought notes of bread, grass, herbal notes into a bit of vanilla, hints of grain, slight orange peel into a bit of yeast. Taste was a mix of vanilla, earth, bread into a bit of grass, herbal, orange, slight lemon, finishing fairly bitter, slightly dry.

3.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Slight floral aroma. When tasted very cold, it initially taste like a BMC lager, then creamy sweet cereal, then slight bitter hops. Very interesting. When the beer warms up, the lagerish taste fades some; leaving mostly sweet cereal grains and a mild bitter apricot finish.

A solid lager. I drank a Blatz yesterday and I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference (I like Blatz though).

I tried it as it is three Floyd's. I don't like pilsner beers. So it is as expected to mild for me.

Des céréales miellées à la façon Franconie sont pris dans une embuscade de citronnelle et pamplemousse juteux. Toute une surprise.

Suprisingly hoppy lager. Nice, sweet malt bill. Very flavorful overall. Recommended.

2.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pours a cloudy gold with a thick off white head. Aroma is very malty, which most times would be good. Taste is bitter for a lager, which maybe is the point, but to me the taste is off. Yet another 3 Floyds beer I don’t like.

Pours with minimum head and a good taste off malt. Hops are lacking but overall taste is good.
