I was very happy to be able to taste this thanks to stormking47, bomber poured into an ale glass. A - a light golden w/ good clarity and minute bead, small amounts of lace cling and the retention is good S - The nose has smooth floral notes with light herbal accent and mild sweet element from the malt and yeast M - a pretty smooth and lightly bitter feel as you might expect for this style w/ simple texture and moderately high carbonation T - The lemony floral flavor of noble hops is what I get from this with a gentle malt body and taste the mellow sweetness lets the flavor of the hops shine and the carbonation level makes is seem refreshing even more as the finish is clean D - a quenching tasty dort, not a complex style to begin with but it is great in its simplicity and this is a very good representative of the style if a little hoppy -who cares it is flavorful

On draft at Three Floyds after the Bourbon County debacle in Chicago. The pour is a crystal clear piss yellow color with a nice off white head and some spectacular lace as it falls down. The aroma has a surprisingly strong hint of lemon zest in it. There is a light pilsener going on, but it remains pretty zesty and lightly citrusy through the back end. The flavor is definitely that of a pilsener. Light and metallic with strong hints of corn and a light lemon zest. Basic and plain. The mouth feel is thin and light with minimal carbonation and a lingeringly strong and metallic finish. Meh. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Three Floyd?s with koleminer20. Aroma is sweet malt, earthy hops, corn, different. Appearance is straw yellow, white head. Taste is sweet malt, lots of it, with earthy hops, pretty good. Mouthfeel it?s crisp, medium body and crisp carbonation. Overall, an enjoyable pils.

Bottle. Pour is a hazy light gold with a sense head and aromas of grain dust, honey and light lemon notes. Flavor is kind of sweet and holds a decent lemon edge on the finish. Mouthfeel is kind of creamy and at times it seems to have a creamy flavor, but I’m not sure whether that is suggestion from the feel or whether it is really there. Odd for the style but decent.

Nice crisp and grassy pilsner. Glad to see three floyds can hold off on the hops every once and a while.

Fresh cut grass, white oak type coconut, pine. Lemon grass. Perfumy. Like opening a fresh box of Nikes. Vanilla rain forest car freshener. Skunky lemon malt signature taste for a Pils. Hops are so prevalent I could confuse the beer for another style. Fresh.

Bottle after the wedding, during the Wedding Weekend. Thanks Uncle J!m! Light and crispy, somewhat tangy. Not as what hoped for out of a Three Floyds brew. Nice on a hot day, but not too deep. 12.3

Poured a yellow gold in a snifter at Lizardville. White puffy head and solid lacing. Aroma is straw, cereal, some pine hops. Taste is cereal grains, wheat, clean malts, and small hop bite. Clean, crisp, bold flavor for the style. Good.

12oz...bright golden pour with faint hop nose. Spicy noble hops are very present in the taste. Crisp, clean, dry, and delicious. Yum.
