On tap in a shaker. Pours golden with an off-white head. Aroma of pale and toasted malts plus a little floral and citrusy hops. Flavor the same. Average texture. A pretty good beer for the style.

Bottle from AZBennett. Thanks PTB! Pours a clear golden color with white head. Aroma is cracker, bread, hops. Taste is semi-sweet with some light bitterness. Medium bodied with a crisp and fairly long bitter finish. Easy drinking. Pretty good

Bottled. Pours cloudy amber. Nice head and lacing. Pleasant light (but not *too* light) taste. Darn shame they don't distribute in NC. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Sampled at DLD 2013. It poured a golden color with a white head. The aroma was of light malts, wheat and some light fruit. The taste was light to moderate sweet, with some light bitterness. It was a light bodied brew with moderate carbonation. Decent.

Tastes like a traditional pilsner. A little bit of a pale malt character as well. Nonetheless a more than enjoyable lager. There are better out there but not too many. Plenty of flavor body hops. Like a lot

Draft. Unclear dark yellow./light amber. Lasting small white head. Some sweetness. Grass, earth, noble hops, straw, some dryness. Balanced and drinkable. Absolutely one of the better pilseners, probably not the best.

Pours a slightly hazy pale gold color with a finger of white foam. The nose is biscuity with heavy round malt and a trace of dry grass. On the palate it follows suit with a round malty bread backbone that is heightened slighty by a touch of citrusy bitterness to clean up the finish. A little under carbonated but an honest beer that would make a great sizer for a BBQ. Thanks jstax!

Transparent golden reddish in color with a decent lingering head. Really subdued nose. A little sweet smelling but nothing about the glover is betrayed. Light crisp mouthfeel highly carbonated. There is a Clapton of flavor In this beer. Has that classic smooth pilsner taste but finishes with an assertive hop presence. Honestly it tastes like a slightly better noble pils by Sam Adams. Overall refreshing, tasty drinkable session beer perfect for a warm weather tailgate.

I believe they have changed this now that they are releasing it as a core beer. It now states it is a Lager, and it has all the lager characterists I have come to despise. Looks awesome in the glass as it is a crisp golden color. Smells sweet with no noticeable hops. The flavor is all sweet malts and sugars, everything I can’t stand about a lager with invisible hops. I will say this as I let it sit and kept drinking it grew on me a little and I decided it wasn’t a total waste. The palate is just a tad heavier than I would have thought it would be. Overall it’s not a bad lager (I just don’t like them) it’s probably a little above average as it didn’t have the usual off flavors that really turn me off to the style. But it’s not going to blow your socks off. If you are new to FFF don’t judge them based on this beer as it is the worst of theirs I have ever tasted.

This really didn’t taste like a pilsner. More like a Eurpean lager. I didn’t get any crisp hops at all that excited me. I was expecting a crisp refreshing pilsener, but got a boring lager.
