Aroma is yeast, citrus, light pine and slightly spicy. The flavor is citrus, fruit, light tropical fruit, a hint of vanilla/butterscotch and a bitter/hop resin/mildly tart finish.

Rated on 7-12-2014 (Draft at 800 Three Fires, Fort Wayne, IN) The appearance is a very small head that quickly dissipated, amber body, no visible carbonation observed, and virtually no lacing. The aroma is citrus and pine hops. The flavor is moderately bitter, citrus hops, fruity, and caramel malt. The mouthfeel is moderate carbonation and this beer is medium bodied. This beer is quaffable and is not very hoppy tasting for a Three Floyds beer.

Interesting flavor a bit salty apple and resin. Malty with a light hop nose. No head of note. An odd brew that doesn’t seem like a pale ale. But not really my thing

Bottle. Pours clear amber with a large, frothy off-white head, long retention with good lacing. Aroma is celery, dill and onion hops, citrus and floral hops underneath with light apple and pear esters and honey malt. Flavor is celery and dill hops, citrus hop notes, lightly sweet biscuit malt and a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation.

Draft pull into a pint glass. The beer is a clear orange copper with an inch of white head that leaves ok lacing. The aroma is grassy with some mild citrus. On taste it is resiny and bitter with plenty of citrus that is matched with sweet caramel and sugar. It is juicy and very sessionable. Overall a pretty good beer.
