Gold pour, white head. Grainy, biscuity malt, light hops. Nothing really stands out but its not offensive either.

A little too choppy for a pale, but that’s what I like. Solid malts. Palate somewhat lacking as well as flavor as well as beer, Chudwick smacked it out of my hand (sad face).

Pour is golden yellow/orange with a small white head. Aroma is slight citrus, orange peels, sweet caramel, and grapefruit. Flavor is a bit subdued with the citrus shining through the most. Pale malts and grass is also present with a dry finish.

Cloudy orange pour with a single finger head. Tons of lace. Aroma of tropical fruit. Maybe some apricot? Mouth is medium bodied. Taste is pretty fruity. Hints of peach. Some grass. Could be hoppier, but it is nicely balanced.

Draft during Hunahpu Day 2013. Pours an orange body with light haze, small head and minor lacing throughout. Aroma is bright citrus hops, bitter grapefruit and light pine. Mouthfeel is medium with notes of bitter grapefruit, astringent fruits, light soapiness and pine.

Draft on tap at the brewpub (Munster, IN). A healthy pour shows a nice golden orange hue, a bit darker in the middle. Mellow hazy, frothy offwhite head dies to a film and laces small. Aromas are firm citrusy, touches of bubblegum, earth and florals. That odd "Pizza Spice" feeling I get sometimes. Bready, touches of resin. Firm dryness, but not the most complex hopping. Initial is medium bodied, a bit lighter. Some firm dryness, bitter florals, earth, touches of fruit. Pizza spice element comes back into the middle and backend. Bready malts, some bubblegum, gentle melon. Mellow sweetness meets firm bitterness. It’s a solid offering, but lacks much character. A bit odd from my Pizza thing, but overall, it’s nice but falls behind many of their other standout hoppy offerings. Not bad.
